We had to stay overnight in Bundaberg and found this place at about 6:30pm. Within minutes we had a room and could settle in. The room was simple but had all of the essentials and was very clean. The location was great with lots of places to eat within walking distance. It is located on a main road but we...

The hotel itself was slightly above average but the hospitality was very good. The manager knew we were coming and put on the air conditioner so when we got there the room was nice and cool. We didn't ask him to do it so it was completely off his own bat which we thought was very nice and welcoming. We...

Due to a medical emergency, I needed a Motel close to Bundaberg Hospital, and so pleased I chose Acacia, apart from the large clean well appointed rooms, equipped with toaster, microwave, dishes and cutlery, also many types of restaurants close by with charge back facilities. The help I received from the owners, was second to none, at a very stressful...

Comfy beds & cleaned well. Liked the extras such as toaster, microwave and some plates cutlery etc. Local restaurants deliver. Nice pool good location. My only negative would be the shower in Room 9 wasn't the best. Another stay in room 6 & the shower was great.

One of the best experiences with customer service. Went above and beyond - turned up and was an easy check-in then offered to give us a lift to the local football game because it was raining! The room was tidy, clean and central.
