Rooms 1-12 have an annoying compressor noise.Had to move. Restaurant food and room service b/fast quite good. Restaurant waitress crosses boundaries. Older female desk staff dismissive and rude. Noisy rooms with workmen guests on their phone outside in the carpark and outside their rooms talking until late at night. Pakastani restaurant waiter and room service very efficient and kind. Erratic...

A last minute trip to Canberra was problematic as there were no rooms available in the city so we found ourselves staying in Queanbeyan. That's not onerous as Canberra is about 20 minutes drive away. Clearly this motel has had a major refurbishment a few years ago as the rooms have a modern feel about them and look quite fresh....

I spent the last two nights at the Best Western in Queanbeyan. I have to say I am leaving with the intention of never visiting again. While the rate was excellent, everything else was not good. The toilet had a terrible stench. It was so bad that we had to hold our breath while going. That issue needs attention asap....

We recently visited our daughter in Canberra and stayed here for the night. The staff were lovely and the room was quiet and clean. We were close to everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.

My first time here and it won't be my last! I was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. Beautifully done, clean and fresh, everything you could want in there. A bit noisy from an adjoining room who spent time in the balcony but that was just bad luck. Thankfully they didn't stay up late. Convenient parking and lovely friendly receptionist.

Located an easy ten minute drive from Canberra city centre with plenty of parking available, this motel offered great value, no-frills accommodation. The room was a little small, but all facilities work perfectly. The motel offered an excellent array of tourist information material and the breakfast comprised a comprehensive selection of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked. The staff were super...

Re-furbished motel, the room was neat & clean, walking distance to restaurants. We had a hot breakfast which was okay, shower temp changed abit whilst in use. Ideal for our overnight stay, 2 adults + 1 child.

It's a beautiful place on little outside the city but not very far . They have like villas on rent and I loved the independent villas with little garden outside . Rooms are well furnished with beautiful dining area and bedrooms and a strong ac . The kitchenette has every cookware and fully functional refrigerator. It's a home away from...

Stayed for three nights whilst visiting Canberra. Very quiet location - decent swimming pool. Stayed in family apartment ( for five ) which was comfortable but somewhat cramped. Toilet facilities basic but adequate.

Stayed here at short notice with the family in a one bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and most helpful. Room was a good size for the price (and time of year!). Modern and clean facilities. Would recommend and would stay again. Only downside - the restaurant was closed for dinner and we were really looking forward to room service....
