Great location- in the middle of everything and close the concerts that run every couple of months (Day on the green) Room was lovely- newly renovated. I loved the windows above the bathtub! Room service was very average, so I highly recommend going to the restaurant instead (which was nice). Conference facilities are ok, a little old but ok for...

We had a two night stay at this resort - very central to a few of the wineries. Very comfortable room - we were upgraded due to the fact we were arriving very late. We were walking distance (which is handy when tasting lovely wines) to the wineries and the Gardens. We really enjoyed our stay - a very minor...

Stayed here to go to a concert in the Hunter Valley it was one of the only hotels that's prices weren't ridiculous for that weekend. The grounds here are absolutely beautiful with an amazing pool and spa. The bathroom in the rooms were so nice (especially the bath!) it's a quick walk to lots of cafes and the gardens and...

Stayed again this year at this resort and was quite disappointed this time round. The bed was so uncomfortable with springs you could feel, that neither my husband or myself were able to sleep the 3 nights we were there. Also we noticed we were sneezing quite a bit and looked up to notice the wall above the bed was...

This was our second visit to the Mercure - last February we stayed there as well for two nights and were so happy with our stay and with the little touches around the hotel that made it so special- including complimentary sparkling wine in the room as well as at check in and a really really good buffet. This time...

We knew our arrival at the hotel would be late. So, we rang en route to check what time the restaurant closes. On arrival they had booked us a table, checked us in and even allowed some time to put our things in our room. For the record, we are Gold Accor Advantage Plus Members, so we do get some...

My husband and I have stayed here several times in the last few years as we travel back to QLD from NSW after Christmas. I love shopping in Hunter Valley Gardens so staying here is convenient and comfortable. The Studio King room (310) suits us as it is on the upper level and overlooks the pool and gardens. There is...

We stayed at this resort because we were attending a concert at Hope Estate. It was about 50 degrees when we arrived! Wow, the staff were incredible. Expecting to roast, we arrived to discover that the house keeper had already turned on the air conditioner and the staff were so helpful, despite the heat. Our room was clean and large...

For the price I expected clean room hot water and tv reception, but unfortunately I was wrong. No hot water even though there is two shower heads? No tv reception, cockroaches in the room, dusty furniture , light shades and walls stained with unknown brown Stains ,ew!! Breakfast was expensive and had to argue about what they were charging me...
