We stayed for two nights over NYE/ New Year's Day in room 302 - its right opposite the lift and guest laundry but we could not hear any noise from them at all. The views from this room were great and was refreshing to be able to open up the large windows and get some fresh ocean air through the...

Ive stayed at this hotel a few nights now and today I just can not get over. Here I was relaxing in our room with my partner and all of a sudden I hear loud and obnoxious laughing, thought well someone's having a ball :) then I hear swearing and talk of sex between two females, what I heard out...

A great place to stay in Newcastle. We stayed one night with parking and easy to get to and around. Very efficient text from hotel giving details of entry to car park and room. Great bed and shower. Will stay again

Booked this at the last minute and should have read the other comments. Average hotel but fine for the one night we spent there. Very dated hotel with very basic small bathrooms. Outdoor area had no privacy and I wouldn't have left anything outside. We emailed the hotel twice, once the day before we arrived and again the day we...

Agree with all above - close to beach and clean enough. But can hear people in next room. Good for one night only and not revisiting - not worth the dollars. Un-manned reception interesting. Car parking arrangements interesting had to use the street.

The old Novocastrian has been reborn with a new, and appropriate name, and is in the process of renovation. The owners have opted for a low cost model which keeps prices very competitive, give the wonderful location. Some might find the lack of a key or pass disconcerting but actually being emailed a one-time code to access the carpark, building...

We chose to stay here as it was a good price and convenient. I didn't like when I rang to find out about parking the woman told me there wasn't any and rudely reminded me that our check-in was at 2, I didn't need reminding, I was asking about parking. The room was big and clean, unfortunately no microwave. And...
