One of the nicest places I've stayed. Beautiful 19th century home with plenty of room. A lot of other reviews say it's rundown but it's in great nick for it's age. Everything is clean and tidy it's even pet friendly. Bedrooms aren't too close together either. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very large heritage list property that can accommodate quite a few people. It is located on the outskirts of Dubbo. Some of the rooms are airconditioned those that aren't can become quite stuffy even with a fan going. There are three bathrooms that have to be shared by the occupants. There is ample room in the house...

We stayed at Ranelagh for a month while out home was being repaired. It was a beautiful home and Peter and Marice and her team were so friendly and accommodating. We just wish we could have been there in the hotter months so we could enjoy all the facilities🏊🏻. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

This establishment was a last minute booking thru Airbnb. An old style guest house with many rooms, communal lounges and kitchen. Full size pool table. It was a very cold night but the oil heaters and fire places did their thing There is no manager on the premises but is a phone call away. Would recommend as an alternative to...

Fantastic old house. Didn't want to leave. If I return to Dubbo I would definitely stay there again. Drove the couple of kilometers in to town to have dinner but decided to get take away so we could spend as much time in the house. Didn't bother watching t.v so we could explore the house and play snooker on the...

We booked 5 of the 6 rooms here, 7 adults and 6 children. We were told we'd be the only group staying. On arrival we thought the house was fantastic. A little run down, yes but fantastic all the same. Peter had stocked the kitchen and everything was ready for us. There was no instructions for the tv so we...

A unique place to stay for us and our two young boys, and so different to the usual Dubbo motel in town. Plenty of space to run around, everything we needed in the kitchen and bedroom, a quiet peaceful place and lovely to get a taste of the olden days. And we could bring our dog! It didn't matter that...

A history nerd's paradise - so many amazing original features! Although some parts of the house are a little tired, the scale and history of this place is enough to make your imagination run wild. Also, be prepared to be harassed by a delightful resident cat! Made me feel right at home!

Called late in the day as we were traveling from Melbourne and not sure how far we would make it. Peter, was so nice on the phone, upgraded us as we had the whole house to ourselves. When we arrived we were pretty sure we had the wrong place, no way this beautiful house could be a B&B. what the...
