Room was very poky, smelled and very dated. Meal was inedible- unidentified 'fish' had more bones than fish and the scallops and prawns were like rubber. I will say that the location is fairly quiet and out of the way which is a positive. Decent budget option if you aren't fussy

Great spot right on top of the hill, small room but very nice decor. Quiet, comfortable. Not on the main drag, but only a 5 minute drive from the main street of Broken Hill. We only stayed on night but would definitely go back.

Reasonably comfortable and spacious with every thing one would expect for a three star hotel. The rooms are a little dated with paint peeling from the ceiling and the carpets in need of replacement. Parking is also a little tight.

We live in Geelong. Are camping in Mildura. Booked an over night stay to do the touristy things. We arrived and were told the air conditioning wasn't working in our family room. Asked to come back later when they had sorted out an alternative which wad absolutely fine with us. On returning a few hours later we had been relocated...

Stayed one night on travels from Adelaide to Brisbane. Family of four. Firstly walked into a room that had half a bottle of room temperature orange juice sitting on the table. Hopefully housekeeping had simply forgotten to take it to the bin. Then noticed embroidered work shirts hanging in the cupboard. Now wondering if we're in a room already occupied?...

Dear Roz, Im sorry your stay with us was disappointing enough for you to leave such a degrading review. I find it strange that you would walk into a room and see tell tale signs that this room had not been serviced and failed to notify reception making the assumption that our motel is badly maintained. This is not the...

Rooms were clean and neat. Access excellent for older travelers with all rooms at ground level. Our whole experience from booking, menus, meal timings, menu choices was easy and relaxed. Andrea as manager is cheerful and obliging and the restaurant staff at Betina's consisting chef Andy assisted by Elissa and Jannah, fed us with meals consistently of high quality and...

HillTop Motel must have the smallest toilet/bathroom area, ever. Friendly staff. Room cleaned again for our 2 night stay. Quiet part of Broken Hill except for the old farts boarding the bus to their next stop over...but not the motels fault! If you just wish for a reasonably cheap accomodation to sleep/rest & do all the tourist things, it is...

We just grabbed this motel overnight from the Internet on our way back home. Great value and everything you need. Just far enough off the highway so can't hear any noise. Parking for trailers. Also had a restaurant but we didn't try it. Looked good though Would recommend and stay again

The room and bathroom were quite small, but it was quite adequate and very comfortable. Clean and fresh, with friendly staff. No traffic noise. Good location. Can recommend the restaurant as it had great food, with plenty of gluten free options.

Stayed at the Hilltop Motel recently for two nights in one of the older rooms at the back of the hotel. Good clean and comfortable accommodation, staff were friendly and helpful. Had a view of Broken Hill from the room and it was great to watch the sun go down of an evening. Perfect for a solo traveler, however for...
