I absolutly loved this hostel. It feels like a big home. Highlights are the big open spaces, tv room and best of all a real fire. If you are doing the Abel Tasman or heading south break up the journey here. Westport itself is a sleepy town so it was nice to have a hostel i actually wanted to spend...

I was very happy with my stay here. The beds were comfortable and the dorms seemed roomier than the others I've stayed in. The rooms were clean and tidy and I liked the commom areas which were also spacious and clean. Well worth a stay!

This is a great hostel. Staff are considerate. Rooms (I had a double with ensuite) are large and comfortable. Kitchen is clean, large, and well stocked. Common room is warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend.

Friendly hostel. One the best hostels we stayed at since we been in New zealand. Right next to the town center. Good room rates and camping to. Westport is also a great place to stay. Wish we had longer here.

There's a great open space with a coal burning fireplace with lots of couches and tables. There is also another TV room with a large DVD selection and another fireplace. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would...

We were in room 12 which has no direct sunlight (sounds bad, but we were offered an upgrade if we wanted it) but it for a fantastic sleeping! It's cleaned to...

The Tripinn Hostel was my first New Zealand hostel experience and I enjoyed it. We had two rooms with private bathrooms and especially the Room No 21 was just great. Both rooms spacey, clean and with renovated bathrooms. I liked the old house with its shared living rooms and kitchen facilities, the garden and generally the way the place is...

This place is so friendly and quiet it really doesn't feel like a hostel at all. It's an old house converted and it has lots of original features which give it a very homey feel. Check in was quick and friendly and our room was quiet and we were lucky enough to be the only ones in there - a...
