Hostel facilities very nice, kept clean, however not enough. Big queues for the showers and toilets in the morning. Kitchen too small for number of guests, but again very clean. We stayed in the caravan and some other guests were having a few drinks in the garden. It was terribly noisy even ear plugs didn't help. Signs around the hostel...

Beware of the ''funny'' stuff... Booked us a double room for 70NZD a night. Then we saw that the hostel has only 200MB of free WiFi. For our question regarding an unlimited WiFi spot in town the lady behind the counter advised us, that people who are to broke to be dependent on free WiFi from the library should better...

Trip Inn is a lovely hostel with a great backyard. We stayed in a tent so unsure of the rooms but the common areas are kept very clean, there's lots of space and the patio area is perfect for socializing or eating meals. Westport was rainy while we were there so the movie room was great to relax in. 1GB...

The TripInn Hostel is a very clean Hostel in a beautiful old building in Westport. The garden is beautiful with some hammocks in there. They change the towels in the kitchen and the bathroom every day. My room was clean and tidy and it looked very new. I enjoyed my stay!

Decent hostel. We had a private room upstairs which was pretty good and clean although basic. It had sky movies which is a big plus! Private bathroom is down the corridor which is a bit annoying but fine, it was really clean and modern too. However someone used our bathroom in the night as there is no way to regulate...

Very nice, cosy, comfy hostel in Westport, set in a beautiful old house. Our dorm room was spacious compared to other hostels, with a view to the hostel's pretty gardens. The room as well as the corridors have a soft carpetted floor, making the place both quiet and nice to walk around barefeet. The dining room as a woodstove.

The room was a nice size and the location is very good. There kitchen was clean and untidy, people had just left unwashed plates and cups on the side. Our room was the most unpleasant there where stains on the bed linen which made me feel sick and the showers where not very clean.

This hostel is a nice, clean hostel. It has pretty comfortable rooms that are quite small. The kitchen is clean and big. You get limited free WiFi. However, I felt like I was a burden to the owners there who wanted everyone to leave as soon as they had checked out. I've never experienced that in a hostel before. Usually...

We had our three day circling along the northern west coast of the south island and we reached the very beautiful town and just passed by the hostel. After some research we found it suitable for us. The hospitality of the owners was great to have and we decided to stay an extra two days there.

Not just another backpack, the oldest building of the town. The "cachet" of the place is fantastic. Great eating room with a old fashioned coal fire a piano and lot of place for everyone. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped
