The room was wonderful - large and well fitted (we had the upstairs studio). We had enough privacy but Helen was extremely helpful when we needed it. The location was good, easy walk to everything but it was the sort of B&B where you were happy to just enjoy being in the room. Highly recommended - the only down point...

Helen responded to my repeated queries with great patience and promptness. Due to time constraints we couldn't stay long but she made sure that our tours were organised to maximise our time effectively. I wish she could organise all my holidays.

This was one our favourite stays on our NZ trip. We stayed at Te Anau two nights in order to comfortably fit in the Milford Sound day trip. The upstairs room was spacious and incredibly comfortable with great views. The hosts were very friendly and booked our Milford Sound trip for us. The location was a short walk from the...

We stayed at Antler's Lodge for one night and later returned for two more nights. When we first came, we saw the smile of our host Helen and decided to stay. Helen and her husband, Chris sat with us and told us about Te Anau and the region. Helen and Chris made us feel so welcome. Antlar's lodge is a...

We loved our stay at Antler's Lodge. When we first came, our hostess, Helen, was so accomodating, we loved her at first sight. When we walked in the room, we were astonished at how clean it was - it looked as though no one had ever stayed there, even though they have been accomodating guests for five years. We are...

We dropped in out of the blue on a rainy late winter evening with dark fast approaching, and it was all uphill from there. Unit 3 has a perfect set-up for newlyweds who weren't really interested in preparing 3 meals a day. Having breakfast delivered to you each morning and eating it in the bright, sunny breakfast area is ideally...

Our stay in the Antler Lodge was absolutely fantastic! The room (upstairs unit) was spacious with beautiful woodwork and all the amenities we could ever want (including a place to hang our tent to dry). Having the breakfast already in the room was perfect for us as we are not socialize-in-the-morning people. Also, our hostess was very helpful, friendly, and...

Antler Lodge is in a quiet and pleasant setting 10 minutes walk from the town centre. There are two spacious modern motel-style units behind the main house and a further guest room in the house itself. Everything was spotlessly clean. The fridge was well stocked for us to make our own breakfast. Our host, Helen (who's originally from Surrey, England)...
