Me and my partner had one night getaway from Queenstown. All the staff were helpful, kind and lovely. The accommodation is high level and clean. Appreciate that aircon was ON to cool down the room when we arrived on hot summer day and then we could use windows to fresh air overnight too. It is really spacious place so enough area even for do morning stretch either inside or outside on nice lawn. The road is not too loud so sleeping like a baby. Part of our experience was wine tasting and Luli (professional from Argentina) was really knowledgeable about all the wines, techniques and subject. Breakfast nice and tasty, good options. We had dinner on site too and it was good. Don't forget to book you hot tub and have relaxing hour with nice view to surround hills.

Hotel's Favourite
We loved our three night stay at Kinross. Staff were warm and welcoming. Instructions clear and check in easy. We enjoyed the wine tasting, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The meals were great, service friendly and staff always asked how our food was and were interested in our day. The rooms were great. Spacious and clean. Amazing beds and lovely linen. We enjoyed the location , it was great to sit and look over a vineyard as the sun streamed in . We biked on the trail in to Arrowtown, it was amazing. A great place to sit and unwind, or get out and about. Thanks to the awesome staff for making us feel so welcome .

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the Kinross hospitality, great food, great wine, and excellent friendly service. Accommodation was very comforable and the setting was superb. Take a walk around the vineyard and up to the back block for great views of the valley.

The perfect base for exploring the Central Otago wine region, especially Gibbston Valley. The cottages are well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. And, the breakfast is fantastic - gourmet even. Just a couple of minor quibbles: the beds are very soft and breakfast was understaffed for the predictable 8:00 opening crush.

Hi there, thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback. We will take it on board. Visitor numbers are completely unpredictable at the moment, so I'm sure you can understand that makes staffing rather difficult for periods that are often quiet now. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed it so much. We hope to see you again sometime! Warm regards, Nicky
