What a gem of a place! Superb room - more like an apartment than a room! Very helpful managers and staff, who seemed to be immensely proud of their work. Karen and Eduardo hosted the "Canapé Hour" each evening where local wines were served to guests. It was a great ice-breaker, an opportunity to meet other guests AND try a...

Small, quiet, hip, great location and amazing staff! We found this on Trip Advisor and the other reviews were very accurate. Now I am just typing to get enough characters to get this review posted because I really love this hotel.

We had three nights here and can't fault it from our huge, beautifully designed and comfortable room to the free wine and canapés and above all the incredibly helpful, funny and knowledgeable staff. We were given great recommendations for restaurants by the two Brazilian staff (sorry guys I can't recall your names) : Rata and Madame Woo were very good...

this is a beautiful boutique hotel!! The location is great and the decor is lovely. There was an excellent breakfast and a complementary wine and horderves hour. The staff was amazing!!! We had to change some things around for our trip to milford sound due to weather and the staff was great at helping us out. They want you to...

Everything about this hotel was great but with one big issue - the wifi. The hotel seems to be a hotspot for a city-wide wifi program, and they then give you a login for that system. Two big problems: 1) It makes you login every time you aren't using for some length of time (definitely whenever you leave and return...

Dear High_Expectations999 I am so sorry to read of your poor Wi-Fi experience here at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. Stayed here one night but could have easily stayed longer. The hotel has an architect's design and the rooms are spacious and open. We chose a Remarkable room with a big window and a view over the park to the mountains. Bathrooms in hotels are often functional but disappointing. Not so at this hotel! The bathroom here was excellent with...

We enjoyed a marvelous 5 night stay at The Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The accommodation is comfortable and the décor very tasteful. The team at the property though are the icing on this gorgeous cake. Thank you Fran, Marika, Karen, Eduardo, the ever gracious Lia and team for making my parents, daughter and myself feel so welcome and special.

Great location about fifteen minutes from downtown, but the quality of the staff raise "professionalism" to a new level. Rooms have balconies, three sinks (!) useful kitchenette and our room had a very nice view of the Remarkable mountains.

Everything was wonderful at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel! The accommodations and decor were great. It was conveniently located. And, most importantly, the couple hosting the hotel made the experience amazing by ensuring that all travel details were looked after (including multiple excursion, dinner reservations, etc.). I stayed here as a solo traveler a couple of years ago and continue...
