A good hotel in a central location. Not too near the noise but within 5 minutes walk of everything. Girls on reception first class. Lots of walks nearby and a good selection of places to eat and drink.

Lovely place to stay. Breakfast was good. We had a 2 bed lake view room and the view was awesome. It was a great sized room with everything we needed like a bath and a coffee machine. Overall it was a 10/10

We stayed in a garden suite which was just ideal for spending free moments in the sun, after a full day of experiences in the region. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom well appointed most important of all perhaps it was sparkling clean and the staff friendly.

We stayed on the second floor (208) with two rooms, one with a king and the other with two single beds. Exceptional views of mountains and the lake. The kitchen is nice although it could have used a larger pot for pasta. There are no spices except pepper so you need to get your own if you end up cooking...

This is a lake front hotel with beautiful views of the mountains across the lake. The bedroom was well equipped and of a good size. We had asked for a double room but when we arrived we were given a twin room. We asked for a change of room but instead the housekeeping people came to the room and zipped...

Outstandingly beautiful area and excellent accommodation in a very convenient location. Garden suite provided relaxing spot for evening barbecue and drinks after busy day out and about. Staff extremely helpful and suite well appointed and clean, Minor issues: no a/c (fans provided on request), no natural light to bedrooms and numerous paving slabs to garden area were wobbly.

We booked a garden 2 bedroom for 2 couples and then on arrival realised only 1 bathroom and no windows in the bedrooms...beware if this is a problem. The rooms at the front are wonderful but if staying more than a couple of nights room in the bedrooms is tight and no draws to put clothes. Also we were disappointed...

Great location, staff fantastic. Breakfast was nice but room was small and had no windows or view. Hotel charging $25 a day for wifi which is madness, considering it's free in Queenstown centre. Parking was good. Room clean but bit small.

After a long drive south arriving at Peppers around 5pm we were advised that the rooms were yet to be set up. One of our group staying in own room was provided keys and upon entry the bed was unmade still from previous guests, rubbish in bins, magazines all over tables and used towels in a pile in the bathroom....

Clean modern spacious rooms with parking, 5 minutes walk to the Queenstown centre. Comfortable beds. A peep of the lake, though the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing on multiple levels in separate buildings!
