Queenstown is a magnificent spot, and our time there was really enhanced by staying at Coronet View. Our one bedroom apartment was fantastic, with full kitchen facilities, and a separate living area to the spacious bedroom. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had excellent wifi access and speed, much better than in a few other places. We...

Lots of nice amenities (pool, hot tub, washer/dryer). Room had full kitchen, multiple couches and really comfortable bed. Great view. Hotel was located on a hill and had to walk down to city center for food and back up, but I'd stay here again anyway.

A 10 min walk to the centre of Queenstown so this hotel is well positioned. Our hosts offered us an airport transfer with tour on the way for $25. Well worth it. Our room was not large but clean and comfortable with ensuite shower and toilet.

Pros: Comfy bed hot shower clean room convenient location (about 15 minute walk from town center) helpful, courteous staff quiet Cons: Unreliable/slow wifi connection (this was a problem with many of our hotels in New Zealand) steep, up-hill walk from down town dryer didn't dry clothes

Wonderfull lakeview and really lovely hosts, which are offering great hospitality. We had a big room with a good bed and a bathroom with bathtube and shower. Fridge in the room as well. If needed ther are washing machines and dryer available - you will not find this very often in NZ B&B's. We really enjoyed our stay there and...

What a great place ! Very nice and clean with excellent hosts ! The view from the deck is Best in Queenstown. Room was very nice and comfortable. Price was very fair and for what you got, especially in Queenstown between Christmas and new years it was cheap. If this was my place i would not change one single thing...

The view was beautiful and the room okay. Wi-Fi didn't really work, only occasionally. "The rules" were a bit too much and we didn't feel so cozy after the welcome speech... We do understand the mixed reviews: there was nothing really wrong with this place, but it wasn't the place we were hoping it to be.

We stayed six nights here at the beginning of our New Zealand holiday. After reading some mixed reviews, we weren't sure exactly what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Laura, a friendly and helpful hostess, had put us in an upstairs studio, as per my request, and it was a lovely room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful...

Ok place to stay, bed was comfy, place overall felt like it needed a bit of love. Doors that were tricky to open, a bit if rust on the mirror etc etc. Paid an okay peice for it... so i guess you what you pay for ☺ Staff were nice and helpful.

Coronet View described themselves as "luxury", but I really couldn't see it. This collection of rooms and apartments had some good points and some less good, but for me the latter outweighed the former. Good: - We booked a B&B room for two non-consecutive nights, but as we had to leave too early for breakfast on at least one morning...
