Margaret & Derek offer 2 rooms within their home for overnight stays. The facilities & comfort are wonderful including the homemakers left in the room. We stayed for 2 nights on our tour of South Island & took advantage of the laundry available to guests. Our hosts recommended some local restaurants in the town & as we were there at...

We stayed with Margaret and Derek for 4 nights in March 2014. We received a super welcome with a cuppa and sweet treats. We had a fabulous room overlooking the lake and The Remarkables (mountain range). The B&B is in a great location on the road into Queenstown from the airport. A little tricky to spot as the signage is...

If you are looking for an amazing way to experience Queenstown, look no further. I found Twin Peaks through Trip Advisor and after reading all of the wonderful reviews, my husband and I decided that staying at a B&B would be a much better way to experience New Zealand than through a hotel. Margaret and Derek absolutely spoiled us and...

I always trust the reviews on TripAdvisor, so I knew when I booked our nights at Twin Peaks that it would be an amazing B & B. But even my expectations were surpassed. The purpose built home designed by the owners had the most incredible views overlooking Lake Wakatipu. And beyond that the Remarkable mountains. It's not exaggerating to say...

We spent the most important night of our life with Margaret and Derek, The hospitality and quality of the room is amazing, they made our weddingday something really special. The breakfast and the surroundings made this the best place we have ever stayed! Thank you!

The view, out over Lake Wakapitu, is at least 180 degrees at this incredibly beautiful B&B. There are glass walls projecting out over the cliff, high above the lake. There’s a path to walk to Queenstown along a path by the lake and through botanical gardens. Utterly spectacular. Your private area also has glass walls onto its own patio. Wonderful...

We stayed here for two nights and it is a stunning property with an amazing view overlooking the lake. Property was designed/built by the hosts to a very high specification - it is almost like walking on to a film set. Perfect. Complimentary fruit and tea/coffee in our room was very welcome. Complimentary pre-dinner drinks with hosts Margaret and Derek...

This place IS superb, and Margaret and Derek couldn't possibly have been more kindly and thoughtful to these two exhausted travelers. We appreciated their hospitality very much -- and of course the room was comfortable, spacious, and well arranged. Breakfast was delicious and generous; great coffee. We began our tour of New Zealand here and couldn't have asked for more....

We stayed here as part of a nostalgic trip back home to New Zealand after decades in London. The accommodation is amazing and the hospitality is charming, relaxed and very thoughtful. Cannot speak highly enough of the room, breakfasts, garden, and best and most awesome the views over Lake Wakatipu from the high position on the lakeside. Wonderful waterside walk...

We stayed at Twin Peaks for 4 nights in early December. Stunning views, gorgeous room, lovely breakfasts, delightful and helpful hosts. Arguably the best B&B we have ever stayed in, can't praise it high enough. The sunset photograph was taken from the bedroom window.
