We had a tastefully decorated two-bedroom unit on the top floor of this modern two-storey complex. We had two balconies, and a splendid bathroom with washing machine, good quality toiletries, a well-fitted out kitchen, and a lounge with pleasant views, including of the gondola on a hill opposite. It was a five-minute walk to the centre of Queenstown's shops and...

This was a large unit with a well-appointed kitchenette. The appliances were modern, European stainless steel and included a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, apartment-sized refrigerator and a washing machine. We had dinner on our balcony that overlooked the gondola. The hotel is located very close to the heart of Queenstown and is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants there....

Very comfortable apartment just a nice stroll from the middle of beautiful Queenstown which means it's nice and quiet. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The apartments are an easy walk to the centre of town, the waterfront and the supermarket, my 83 year old mother had no problems getting around. They are modern and well equipped and the managers and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was on the lower level so road noise and people walking past was noticeable but not...

Had an apartment with a magic view to the mountains. Rooms were great and very clean. The balcony was a dream. The bathroom had a washing machine which was awesome. The manager Wayne was so helpful with places to go and where to eat. Must do!

We have a 1 year old baby. Its great that the apartment has offered. 1 double bed and single bed. Staff is super helpful and nice! With kitchen, we can cook some food for the baby rather than eat out. Staff also provide us the baby cot and high chair. Its very nice for family visit. Modern and clean. The...

This hotel is in a wonderful location, only five minutes from the town center. The hotel was clean, and had everything you needed (oven, microwave, stove, washing machine, hairdryer etc). The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January. Self-catered apartment, everything you need to cook a basic meal. Very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside is there is restrictions to the WIFI and the temperature of the shower is temperamental . Great size apartment, huge bed.

When we arrived here we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Jan and Wayne, we felt at ease as soon as we walked in! Our apartment was perfect, bedroom in the back of the apartment, then the walk in shower/toilet/washing machine room then a very spacious lounge/kitchen area with a decent fridge/cooker and cutlery section, then of course our dining...

We chose this place in Queenstown because of it's high rating from Tripadvisor. Sorry, but our apartment wasn't up to our expectation. We booked 5mths in advance and we think we got the worst apartment. Although the Whistler is in an excellent location, being only a 4 min walk to town the apartment was very tired and a lot of...

We are sorry that your apartment did not meet your expectations. Many guests have enjoyed this apartment and this is the first time we have had such harsh comments made on it. Unfortunately having booked well in advance does not necessarily guarantee any particular apartment. Things change in this time and guests are placed where best we can. If you...
