I stayed for a couple of nights. The girls on reception were helpful. The location is great if you want to be right in the middle of town but it is located right next to a nightclub and the dance music that played at night made it very hard to sleep. It was very loud. The rooms were clean but...

Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great value for money considering the accommodation is in the centre of Queenstown. You can easily pop back and forward into your room during the day if required.

Stayed here for 2 nights in December. The room is completely outdated with carpet on the wall and the joinery looks like its going to fall apart. It appears that they have installed a new toilet and sink in the bathroom (well our room anyway). The shower pressure is horrible, couldn't wash my hair properly. The linen on the bed...

Hi there - thanks a lot for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that your stay with us was not what you wanted. We are working as fast as possible to upgrade and improve our facilities. We have elected to work on the ensuite bathrooms first as you pointed out as these are the most important for guests. Cleanliness is...

Central location, friendly staff, Scenic View at the kitchen. Suitable for family, couples & friends!!! It has a large kitchen with utensils and adjoint tv corner, DIY laundry+dryer, additional fridges at every level within your reach. My room (135) was a ensuite with queen-sized bed and a single bed suitable for family with kids. This Wifi extender is just outside...

The central location and the Lakeview from the kitchen tells it all. Unlimited free WiFi is another bonus. 4 of us stayed in the room with 2 bunk bed with toilet and shower. Each bed has a small light that you can use without affecting your roommate. You just need to bring your own towel, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The...

Wow, now this is a hostel! Very well run, great front desk staff. We had private, 3 person rooms (1 double bed, one single bed), with their own bathrooms. Can't beat the location, right in the heart of the action, and a block from Fergburger! The view from lounge/kitchen area is stupendous, looking right at Lake Wakatipu. The hostelers seemed...
