Great hospitality by the management and staff, fantastic view of the lake and the mountains , perfect location not far from city but very private and the apartments were spacious and impressive for family holiday.

Lovely location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that our one-bedroom apartment (#7A) was VERY dark - no window in the bedroom. Not sure how to correct this. Did not appear to be an issue with the larger rooms.

Beautiful spot on Frankton arm, not close to town at all which was disappointing as we thought we were closer for NYE fireworks. Lovely property but VERY hilly so rather nerve wracking to drive in & out of, especially off the main road. Reception unattended & room not ready but friendly service. Wifi broken when there & lots of cutlery...

The appartment was spacious light and airy, the view was fantastic from all living as well as two bedrooms, not far from the city, however it did all need more cleaning in showers and oven areas that was disappointing..

Nice property, and reasonable location (great views), but lacking in some basic maintenance, e.g. light bulbs and kitchen equipment, and a broken blind that completely blocked the view from one bedroom.

Location was very good and our room looked over the Frankton Arm and Kelvin Heights. We were a party of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 grandchildren). The accommodation consisted of a spacious living, dining and kitchen area and there was a pleasant balcony. Downstairs there were 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. So far, so good. However the place...

There was no aircon. When we came back we had to leave all doors and windows open to cool the place down. And it wasn't crazy warm day. And Queenstown is all about party and nightlife so if you choose to leave your car behind then it's quite a walk. Doable but takes more time than you would like after...

This place has amazing views over the water. Driveway is steep and parking a bit squeezy but adequate. Reception was manned when we arrived. Our apartment had living area upstairs and sleeping and bathroom downstairs. Now for the not so good stuff... Toilet paper hadn't been replenished.. Had to ask for more. Unit had a tired feel to it. Taps...

We were booked into Breakfree The Point, but due to unexpected circumstances at the property our units were unavailable. Management automatically moved our booking to another property, upgrading us to the 5 Star Peppers Beacon. We could not have been more pleased with the response of management or the accommodation provided.
