We stayed 4 nights at Queenstown House in a Lakeview room. The hospitality and service could not be faulted - we were looked after and made so welcome from the moment we arrived. All the staff are wonderful but a special mention for Cherie and her simply wonderful breakfast service - she thought I looked a bit like Rick Stein...

We stayed here for 5 nights and were sad to leave! The staff was friendly, helpful, and warm. The breakfasts were amazing - freshly baked pastries, eggs benedict and more, and fresh fruit. In the evening, appetizers and wine create an opportunity for the guests to share their recommendations and adventures. The view of Lake Wakatipu was quite beautiful. Highly...

Happy guests are our mission, 1 night in Queenstown is never enough and you certainly took the opportunity to make it feel like home with your 5 day stay, a real holiday. Glad you enjoyed the chefs treats, I am proud of what they produce freshly every day. Kind wishes Louise

Excellent location despite the steep hill. Staff we so pleasant and helpful. Bed super comfy. Breakfast freshly preferred. Quality excellent. Between 5.30-6.30 every afternoon they invite the guests for aperitif. So sociable.

Thank you for your review, being in the southern alps there are hills everywhere but the views are worth it !! A longer gentler walk is available through the beautiful Queenstown gardens. Glad you enjoyed your stay as much as we enjoyed your company, happy guests make our job easy. Wishing you happy travels.

My wife, two adult kids, and myself stayed here for most of two weeks in mid December 2016. We came to Queenstown 4 years ago but were only here 2 days and always wanted to come back to see more of Queenstown and hike the Milford Trek. We stayed at Larch Hill B&B last time but they couldn't accommodate us...

I have stayed many times but only once before at New Year 2000 the millenium, it was summer and it snowed, so I was a little nervous. Sheree, Louise, Pip and the team hosted a splendid party for all guests and their friends. Stunning food from Sheree and champagne flowed. What a lovely welcome to 2017. The accommodation is fabulous,...

What a pleasure to have a return guest with us for new years eve, your decision to choose a studio room with the best views was an excellent one , our smaller queen rooms offer up market bedding and views only from the outside courtyard but are individually decorated and all have their own charm. Thank you for bringing to my attention your problem with security. Having operated my B&B for 34years I am delighted to say we have never had a problem with guests pssessions being removed, personally I would prefer a totally keyless hotel as I have never felt uncomfortable with any guests going into others rooms uninvited.I know that I do not...

Wine and nibbles at 5.30pm was very civilised and the apartments are huge with amazing views. Tough walk up the hill from town, but how...
