Good hotel, 10 minutes walk from CBD. Room was very large, light and airy overlooking the garden. Breakfast was expensive, like most hotels of this type, so headed down into town where there were plenty of places at more affordable prices. Very helpful staff on reception.

We stayed for three nights at Millennium Queenstown during a coach tour. The hotel is on the top of a hill, but it is still within walking distance of downtown. It is large enough to be well set up for coach tours, and we noticed that there were several other coach tours staying at the hotel at the same time...

Pros: Front desk staff was very helpful with booking/confirming tours. Views out of upper floor windows looking towards the lake & sunsets were great. Location is ok, 10 minute walk to center of queenstown but it is hilly. 30 minutes of free wi-fi per day (don't use it, go explore!) Cons: Breakfast at $30 was definitely not worth it. Hotel...

pros: Close to town center. It's only a short and pleasant walk of 7 minutes (add some more minutes for crossing the roads, New Zealand is friendly to car drivers and hostile to pedestrians). cons: By far not as close as Tripadvisor' map says. The map on Triadvisor shows the Hotel's location at a completely wrong place, one can only...

Wonderful location, close to the town centre. Added bonus of a shuttle service to save the walk! Excellent service from the front desk. Rooms were a little tired, however still good value considering its Queenstown. There is parking available on site at a cost, but we had no problem finding a park on the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed there during a business visit and had a very nice stay. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and bath rooms with all amenities, walking distance to Downtown and also to the Lake.Good breakfast though the choices are limited.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Junior room. The room was very spacious and clean. It was expensive (compared to 5 star hotels in Auckland) but so does every place in Queenstown city. Staff was friendly but lack experience or knowledge about the hotel. Example 1: I was given confirmation for late check out at 11:00 am...

Stayed here a little while back and was very happy with the room and service! The room was big enough with everything you could need only downside it did say their was a pull out bed and it was broken. But did not bother us as we did not need it but if somebody did and was placed in this...

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The location is walking distance to downtown, but far enough away that it is quiet. There was also a shuttle bus that runs every hour downtown for those who don't not want to walk. This was the only place in New Zealand during our stay that had air conditioning...

We visited Queenstown at the end of Dec 2016... only for one night as the hotel we were staying afterwards did not have any availability. We arrived pretty late to the hotel and the check in was very smooth. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating, but they are decent and clean. We did not have...
