This is a great hotel, close to many restaurants and city center. Our room was on the first floor and looked out to the garden. I am giving it a 4 because you got only 30mins of free wifi daily. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. There is a shuttle to town that runs every 15minutes.

We had a standard room on the 5th floor which was much like any hotel room. It had windows that open, which helps prevent stuffiness, but we still found the room very hot at night and ended up buying a cheap portable fan. If you open the windows the aircon doesn't work, but we didn't find the aircon efficient anyway,...

We had a room on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. It was a huge room with a sleeping area with a double bed , sofa and comfy chair and table with a flat screen TV. Then there was a sitting area with table and chairs and a mirrored unit with tea and coffee making facilities and...

Close to the main area of town, this hotel has lots of amenities to make your stay a memorable one! The staff is friendly and attentive-the restaurant offers a huge buffet for breakfast! Order eggs or an omelette! Coffee is a little weak but everything else is spot on! Rooms are clean and large and beds are comfy cozy! Shuttle...

This hotel had an incredible location for navigating Queenstown. The hotel bed was insanely comfortable. The hotel is older, but remarkably clean. The breakfast is very British and Asian leaning and delicious.

We have just stayed at the Millennium for 2 nights & it was a great stay. Very handy location & only a 10 - 15 min walk into the middle of Queenstown or $6 for a taxi. The rooms are very spacious & clean & tidy with a very comfortable bed but the rooms were a bit dated. The only...

I stay here regularly when on business in Queenstown. The rooms are a good size, although could do with updating. However, they have always been immaculately clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in and I do travel a lot. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is secure parking available however there is...

Stayed here 3 nights. Great location- only 15 mins walking at a slow pace to town. There is a hill so going down is much faster than coming up. There is a shuttle that runs at every hour that you can take complimentary. We had a suite with two twins. It was odd to see that the twins were 'connected'...

One of the most comfortable beds in a quiet spacious room at the back of the hotel with beautiful mountain views and afternoon sun. The hotel looks a bit dated and the breakfast pretty average. Very helpful friendly staff.

Of the many hotels we stayed in during our 19-day tour this was the most disappointing in a number of respects. The rooms need major renovation; the buffet breakfast was of rather low quality, and the location is awful but the hotel redeems itself somewhat by offering a free shuttle to the downtown area.
