After staying in many Hiltons around the globe we decided to,try out the Hilton in Queenstown, really wish we hadn't as they are far from the real Hilton that we have experienced internationally. Charged for services we cannot use, lack of service, incoherent answers from staff all telling you different story in relation to the same problem. If you fancy...

This was an unplanned stopover but are we glad we made it. Poor weather conditions necessitated our Qantas flight to shed take-off load and we had an offer to be bumped to the next day with he carrot being a night at the Kawarau Hilton with paid transfers which is short distance (but very expensive cab fare) from the airport....

Wife and I were here for 2 separate nights during our NZ trip. The property is 5 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from center of town. We had a car so having free parking at the hotel was a plus. We used the water taxi service in front of the hotel into town once during bad...

From the moment we arrived, this had to be the best hotel ever for us. Staff were anxious to help- as New Zealanders, we were used to carrying our own luggage. Not so at the Hilton- porter was there to help, even driving us to our room in the special electric vehicle (which we actually declined). Long walk to the...

I had a great stay at the Hilton Hotel in Queenstown. The location - breath-taking. Right on the edge of Lake Wakatipu, minutes from the airport. I was at first hesitant about staying out of the Queenstown town centre, but when I read that this hotel provided complimentary shuttle buses to and from, it was a no-brainer. Staying near the...

Great coffee ! Beautiful location with an alpine feel. We came across this on the Queenstown Trail on a bike ride. Certainly out of town over Frankton Bridge. If time permitted the pub was also calling us. Mee and Me is an Asian restaurant that also is located at the Hilton which looks inviting.

We stayed in a King Lake Wakatip Suite. We had a beautiful lounge with fireplace, coffee machine and a balcony. A separate bedroom with a huge bed and a bathroom with large bath, double vanity and shower. Service by all staff was fantastic and everyone was happy to help and always said hello. We dined at the Wakatipu Grill which...

After a day of skiing the perfect place to unwind. Great views. Great facilities. Pull up to undercover valet parking at a reasonable rate per night. Will definitely be back. A long drive back from Cardrona but well worth it. Dinner at the grill was fantastic as well.

This hotel was a perfect spot for our first stop on our honeymoon. The views were fantastic from our personal hot tub. The resort food is amazing but watch the price tag. Make sure you catch the shuttle or water taxi into town as a cab can run you $50. Overall great experience and I would love to go back.

We had one of the suites in the first row with a jacuzzi on the terrace. The room was huge and tastefully decorated and the jacuzzi was just such a treat! Was great to just walk out the front door and walk down to the lake. At the same time, it didn't have a very private feel as anyone could...
