Kemnay was our first stop of our honeymoon trip. Fraser is a very friendly and lovely host. He gave us a feeling like being at home - let us make up for our post-wedding photo-shooting! The house has very good view and Fraser nicely allowed us to occupy the whole second floor of the house which we enjoyed privacy and...

We loved this cosy house, with fantastic views from almost every room, out over lake Wakatipu. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves, including the landing, where we could make ourselves hot drinks and sit on the armchairs to relax and read. Fraser was a friendly and discreet host. When we came down to breakfast in the morning, it was...

Kemnay is a B&B located close to Queenstown (QT) CBD, although it is located on the hill. One can walk to the CBD and can take a taxi back. Costs about NZD 10-11 for a trip back to the Kemnay. The house provides fantastic view of the Wakatipu lake. The house is very comfortable and our host Fraser was very...

Kemnay is close to the center of Queenstown. You can walk, but the taxis are also very affordable if you don't feel like walking back up the hill. The view is incredible and the accommodation very comfortable. Frasier is the most wonderful host and makes a killer breakfast. Best fried mushrooms of the trip!

Our first impression was the view from both the house and garden. The overall cleanliness and fit out was superb. Fraser was the perfect host which made our stay even more enjoyable. The B & B is located a short drive to the eateries and attractions of Queenstown. The icing on the cake came when our flight to Australia was...

So initially we spent a night at Kemnay just a week ago on 10 Aug, with a spectacular view to die for overlooking the Remarkables and lake Wakatipu and with one of the best hosts you can ever get & expect from a B&B or any other form of accomodation, in my very honest opinion. Thank you Fraser for your...

Heather and Fraser are example of how host hospitallity should be, warm and welcome on spotanious way with big attention on details. You truly feel like you are home away from home. In addition you will get beautifull views (from bathroom as well ) and place only for yourself as there can be one party at a time. The breakfast...

I really would have loved to stay longer at the Kemnay B&B. Heather and Fraser are very very welcoming and made my short stay most enjoyable. As they are only taking one party at the time, you have the first floor to yourself, including complimentary coffee and tea and delicious homemade cookies. The room and the bathroom with a stunning...

Heather & Fraser are lovely and so welcoming. The position of this B&B is perfect as we were able to walk into the town from here by taking a footpath down between houses to the main road and then if you cross over you can descend another footpath to a path by the Lake which you can follow all the...

Heather and Fraser - the nicest, best hosts you could ever expect from a B&B. And the view from this incredible home is just magical - picture perfect and no postcard would do it justice. So convenient for town as well - only a short walk down the hill (about 15 minutes). Breakfasts are just marvelous and this last visit...
