We stayed here for two nights. The staff are so nice and really helpful. But everything else was a nightmare. The entire hotel stinks. It just smells like mold. They didn't service our room when we had left a sign out asking for one. There was hair on the sink when we arrived. The tv doesn't work. Only one channel....

I stayed here for two nights on my own and it was lovely. A relaxing vibe with a bowling alley too! The beds are comfortable and it's a serene area with lots of trees and rainforest around. It's a 10 minute trip into town on the free shuttle bus which was really handy.

Although this place is very dated it is clean and the price is great, the staff are very helpful and bend over backwards to help you, the restaurant is fantastic with reasonable prices, this place has it all, pool, spa, sauna and even has its own bowling ally with many more things to go with it, I do recommend it, if...

The location was very good. The hotel shuttle service was excellent. Staying in a tranquil atmosphere and surrounded by snow clad mountains, the location was great. The shuttle service provided us with ease of transport to the Town centre. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. We also made use of that. Overall, Great location and ease of transport...

this is a very dated establishment, could be so much better purely as location goes. we had a wedding and that is why it was convenient. would not recommend as you can do so much better for the $ you need to spend here

Okay, so at first I was rather skeptical of this place. We had booked to attend a wedding, I had completed some rough research and was prepared for the worst. When we arrived our room was dated and everything appeared to be old. We were initially disappointed about the cost of the room to how the place appeared. Now this...

We booked in the family room. Comfortable for one couple and a child or maybe 2 children. There is ten pin bowling on site - has guest discounts. We had breakfast with our stay which was nice. The free shuttle service to town and back was amazing! We didn't try the spa or volleyball but these facilities are available.

Stayed here for one night sand that was enough. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment and whilst they look like they have intentions to do so for sometime, nothing has happened. Our rooms felt dirty and dusty. We were on the second floor and there were no lifts which was ok for us but if you couldn't carry...

Was a little unsure about this place initially but was pleasantly surprised when the reception staff upgraded us. She said that these rooms were recently refurbished. We were definitely impressed as everything seemed brand new in the room, including the Nespresso machine which was a nice touch. Spacious room. Buffet breakfast was ok at $20. Nothing special. Lovely views from...

We were surprised and disappointed to see evidence of shabbiness and lack of capital expenditure. The basin in our en suite bathroom was cracked with an unpleasant odour rising from the drain. We also thought that for a hotel of this calibre, a shower over the bath was unacceptable.
