We actually booked this hotel because the rest of Queenstown was booked up. But so pleased we stayed here. The staff were extremely friendly, our room was upgraded and was brilliant and dinner in the restaurant was very tasty. The breakfast at $15 each (after a $5 discount) was a little expensive, but was very good. Wish we had been...

Comparing the price of the accommodation with the quality of the room and facilities i would say it was good value, but there was 3 missing light shades in the room so that could have been better, the bed was average but when we were there they actually replaced the bed and it was much better.

Thank you for your comments and I am pleased the new bed worked well for you. We have now replaced all the beds which has followed new hot water through the hotel. Next is the TV and WiFi reception as well as entire renovation before the end of this year Grant Gaskin General Manager

Perfectly nice hotel; clean, plenty of room, quiet, friendly staff. The only main downside for us is that it is a bit (10-15 minute drive) outside of town, so you need to drive or take the free hotel shuttle. If this suits your needs/travel plans, it's a fine option - nicer and cheaper (by a good deal) than the downtown...

Me and my dad stayed for 1 night while travelling, Staff were friendly, easy checkin but the place is really dated and really needs an upgrade. The place was damp and musty and not overly clean. Beds were small, my dads bed sank and dipped to one side he didn't sleep too well. I slept ok but was cold during...

Rooms are noisy and in need of maintenance. The place looks run down with repair marks and smears of different colours on the walls and ceiling. The airconditioning in the room was not working and the noise of the gaming arcade was non stop. The TV in the room had at least one channel so that was good

Air purifiers were through out hallways as they had moisture problems and staff didn't tell there customers of this as i am allergic to some mounds. The staff also didn't know what the machines were either that were in the hallway

Thank you for your comments and we did have an incident with a broken pipe that was caused water to flow into teh hallway. What you saw was the blowers to make sure we dried all the carpet and that it would not create a smell I do apologize for the inconvenience whilst we looked after getting things right Grant...

Stayed here with my parents and partner, it was good. Rooms were big with everything you need. Staff were very helpful, we were very hot in the rooms so they sent up fans. Only thing I could say was the breakfast was a little cold, but there was a great selection to choose from!!

We stayed here for 6 nights while exploring South Island. On checking in the staff were very friendly and helpful. But it came very clear very quickly that the whole establishment needed a complete revamp. The corridors and door ways were devoid of paint in places. The rooms needed updating and I have not seen an old style cathode ray...

A comfortable hotel 7k from Queenstown. Few local amenities so you need a car or will have to rely on shuttle bus (every hour) to Queenstown. Rooms spacious and met all basic requirements. Clean and tidy with basic toiletries provided. Staff were very helpful. Only ate in restaurant once. Food was reasonably priced, but not of high quality. Service was...

We stayed here for two nights. The staff are so nice and really helpful. But everything else was a nightmare. The entire hotel stinks. It just smells like mold. They didn't service our room when we had left a sign out asking for one. There was hair on the sink when we arrived. The tv doesn't work. Only one channel....
