What a wonderful place to stay in Queenstown!! My room was luxurious, sparkling clean, large. I enjoyed the large balcony (which was very private) overlooking the lake and the mountains. The Staff are exemplary. Helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. They had great suggestions and were very efficient. If you are looking for a place within walking distance to...

We were staying here for four nights, so had booked lake view suites. That's exactly what we got, and we loved them. They were spacious, comfortable and well appointed, with very nice bathrooms. They also had a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. They were exceptionally clean and crisp. From the start, the welcome and greeting was very warm. Throughout, the...

Hmmmm other than the view this hotel falls down on so many levels unfortunate. It seems likes it's run by teenagers making it feel like a hostel from a service standards perspective ..A simple call for water took a half an hour on two separate occasions .. the dining room is too small .. the rooms are yes like being...

Our 3rd stay at the Rees and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. The amenities, staff and generous warmth made this another great trip. Only two nights this time, but from the early check-in and the excellent shuttle service in and out of Queenstown, the team really do their utmost to ensure you have a great stay.

The entire staff at The Rees elevated our visit with their hospitality and thoroughness. The picturesque views from the balcony and bar are reason enough to visit, but they truly set themselves apart from the competition with the level of service they provide. We will continue to stay here when visiting Queenstown.

The Rees was an excellent base for our 5 days in Queenstown. The 2 bed lake facing apartment was great for us as a family of 4 (kids aged 11 and 12) Spending nearly 3 weeks in NZ - the separate washer and dryer and washing powder was well used. The apartment was modern, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Fireplace...

Booked a 6-night stay at The Ree's largely on the basis of their Trip Advisor reviews. Totally lived up to their reviews. Reception and concierge staff were all extremely helpful. Stayed in a one- bedroom apartment, and the room was shiny, new, and fabulously appointed with much custom built furniture. Bed was very comfy and bathroom with heated towel rail...

Hey, the cold weather wasn't the Rees fault. Great stay here in a hotel room, not the apartment. Wonderful view of the lake and The Remarkables across the water. It's about 7 minute drive to the downtown area where there's plenty of parking or you can take the free shuttle that runs every hour. Didn't try the restaurant. The concierge...
