The hotel is a 15 min walk from the centre of Dunedin and rooms have two large double beds. There is also a small area for cooking and all in all good value for money. The couple who look after the hotel were extremely helpful and could not do more to help.

Stayed with a team of swimmers from Christchurch. Very well priced, clean and modern. Great location to relax and sleep on the most comfortable beds you'll find in any motel. Highly recommend. Would definately stay there again.

We experienced super friendly helpful service. We had a lovely well set up family room for 5 of us and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is a bit on the small side but spotless & modern so no big deal.

Great place to stay just out of CBD, easy to explore city from here. Bonus 2 queen beds, and free laundry facilities, good value. Dave was friendly and helpful. Dunedin was a treat, the gardens and architecture are amazing. Thank you

We stayed here whilst visiting Dunedin and were very comfortable. First day in Dunedin was very cold but the room was warm and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. Definitely recommend this place. David and Brenda are great hosts

A very friendly quiet motel style accommodation with large rooms. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Tea, coffee facilities & microwave. A very easy drive to the center of the city, with lots of dining options.

Ruined when hotelier rang at eleventh hour at 8pm the night before travelling with a 6am start to say the hotel room we had booked in August through Booking.com and changed on the 25/08/16 for a larger room, when more family decided to come, and agreed a price with the motel, was too cheap and he had re thought it....

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet with modern decor and plenty of space. It is very convenient to the city centre if you have a car. The Owners are really obliging and friendly and are willing to 'go the extra mile' to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
