A very friendly welcome, and all our questions answered. The room was warm and cosy on our arrival, the beds were soft and comfortable, and everything was sparkling and clean. On our departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

I stay in a number of hotels/motels in New Zealand, but it sticks when a hotel chargers for the plunger coffee spatula, to me this is just being tight Stay was alright, room clean, so over all just a hotel

The staff were friendly and gave good service especially the girl on at breakfast time. Excellent location for parents travelling to Dunedin North to see daughter at Otago University. Easy to locate between one way streets. Our room looked onto a small courtyard. Very quite location. Room was warm. Check in & check out were quick & easy. No delays. Nice clean room

Great service, great food, the most comfortable pillows ever! This is the best place to stay in Dunedin. Location is perfect with park like setting but still close to everything. Cannot find anything to fault at this hotel.

Very nice hotel although the check in took ages to obtain our bags from the coach. Good room, good food. Location a little iffy as it is a bit of a walk from the centre, there is an alternative walk through the woods which is nice. Dunedin is great to visit, lots to see.

Booked in as a reasonably last minute stay. The room was lovely and clean, and above all warm! (I'd forgotten how cold Dunedin in May could be). I had a lovely view of the rose garden, and happy to remember it was right across the road from the beautiful Botanic Gardens for an evening stroll. The food for dinner was... More
