My wife and I spent 4 days here, and were thoroughly pleased. Great accommodations, and an excellent staff. They were very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to see and do in the area. The breakfast was extremely good. You will be very glad you chose to stay here. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful old home with 4 private guest rooms. The rooms are beautifully appointed & the breakfasts (which are included) are a delight. The inn in conveniently located to walk to the city center & all the night life! We were there on New Years Eve & Ewa & Keith (the inn keepers) graciously provided us with champagne,...

We stayed here on 17/12. Ewa is such a friendly and lovely host that she will make you feel very much welcome. We stayed at the top floor with two rooms and a living area all to ourselves. Wonderful place and cozy rooms. I love the location of the lodge as it is near to town. Ewa would recommend you...

This historic B and B is totally charming with heated bathroom floor and towel racks and an excellent shower. The rooms are all elegantly furnished and spotless with a kitchenette upstairs that is filled with complementary coffees, teas, etc. The breakfasts were nice but unvaried which for our only two day stay was fine. The entrance from the street into...

We had 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the Wycliffe room upstairs, which was lovely. There was everything you could need in the room and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom door didn't close properly , but we mentioned this and I'm sure it will be sorted by the owners. The turn down service at night was...

Our suite was huge, comfortable and beautifully decorated. One memorable experience was leaving our suite the first morning and saying "Good Morning, how are you?" before I realized I was addressing a mannequin in a full suit of highly polished fish scale armor. Oh, well.

This little lodge is absolutely delightful. So much attention to detail is just amazing. The little extra thoughtful touches made a big difference. The lovely friendly proprietors keep it spick and span, This lovely home has its original features from 1906-19? I think? Absolutely fabulous building, not to everybody's taste, but wonderfully nostalgic, staying in this lodge was a fabulous experience,...

The Fletcher Lodge must be one of the best places to stay in Dunedin. An early 20th century house built for a wealthy family has been enlarged and converted into a beautiful lodge. Many of the fine historical features remain but the rooms and facilities provide for all modern expectations of luxury, comfort and convenience. Breakfast is a treat in...

The atmosphere was fabulous, the room divine, and the bed entrancing. Added to these "basic" comforts, were the historical authenticity of the lodge, but above all the warm and welcoming Ewa and Keith. One of the best things was meeting the other guests at a fabulous breakfast, but alas! we had to move on. Would recommend the stay to anybody,...
