Stayed here for 4 nights recently. Very helpful and friendly staff. Appartment was clean and comfortable, and lacked for nothing in the kitchenette. However the street was noisy on the Saturday night, but applioes anywhere.

Not sure where to start... perhaps the stained bed spreads, the 1960 fitout, the carpet never cleaned, or should I go with the soap? I'll got with the soap. There was none. Booked for five people but only one small blister pack of conditioner was supplied. We used the dishwashing liquid to shower. This unit was booked for $160 so...

Affordable Good quiet place to stay as a family, I will come back next time if I visit Dunedin next time. Jenny(owner) is very nice, she gave lots of traveling advises and she is being really helpful all time.

Our team of 7 stayed at the Bayfield Motels over Labour Weekend - 6 in one shared motel and one elsewhere in the complex. The positives: Its economically priced. Its down and well back from the road so there is no street noise. The design of the motels in two longish rows also means there was no noise apparent between...

The place looks like what used to be council flats, with decor that has not been renewed since the 1960's. The room was cold and had that old closed up odor. The price is cheap but for the accommodation state and age I feel it is still over priced. The grounds were untidy but the hosts warm and friendly. Limited internet...

Stayed here for two nights. The unit was badly in need of a decorate. It looks like they had started with new tv and chairs but needs way more than that. The units have great potential and are in a good location but need the right people to look after them. Shower had great pressure but leaked ...bathroom had mould.........

We had a lovely welcome and smiles from the lady at reception - tick number 1. It went downhill from there. The outside rubbish tin is something I haven't seen since I was a child visiting my grandparents house (as was the egg-beater in the kitchen utensils drawer). Poor value for money. This is way over-priced for what it offers....

Hmmmm arrived for a two night stopover, two nights too long ! The room smelt damp and the fittings and furniture resembled the 1950's. We had to wash all the crockery before use and return a broken glass. When we returned from a day out the room had been serviced.....well the bin was empty and the used towels removed....not replaced,...

It's gotta be better than this place. It's dirty, moldy, broken. The shower is about 4 feet high. What a joke. The beds are horrible. Spider Web city. Window don't stay shut so don't leave valuables in the room. Just head my advise and go to another place.

Thank Stan R
