This is a delightful bed-and-breakfast located on the beautiful Otago peninsula. We stayed three nights earler this year and were made very welcome by our hosts Neil and Susan. In fact, our stay was more like visiting old friends, even though this was the first time we had visited the area. We had the larger of the two bed-rooms, with...

We stayed at Porterfields for 2 nights in April and we really loved it. The hosts Susan and Neil are lovely. Our room upstairs was well-kept with en suite and separate entrance. Everything was well-kept and clean. We loved it to chat with Susan and Neil with a cup of tea in their living room. They are experienced travellers as...

We stayed in the double room with a comfortable king size bed and great views. Susan and Neil are just perfect hosts that are very interested in their guests' stories. They gave us a lot...

We had a very large double en-suite room with wonderful views from both windows; very light and airy. Excellent breakfasts. The hosts, Neil and Susan, make you so very welcome and love to share experiences about travelling. One word of warning, though - the accommodation is at the top of the 33rd steepest street in Dunedin (according to Neil!); the...

Our room was large and warm with a great view, comfy king bed, and ensuite bath. They had a computer for guests and/or free wireless internet available. There was a fridge with milk and pot to make tea on the landing. We never used these as our hosts invited us to have tea and biscuits with them each evening. We...

When we arrived at Porterfields B & B we were instantly made to feel very welcome with a pot of tea and cake. There are 2 rooms upstairs with Tea & Coffee making situated between the rooms. We had the double room which was very spacious and comfortable and had a great view. The King size bed was particularly comfortable....
