This motel has some good things going for it but failed the important comfort test in that the bed and pillows were not good (ie poor sleep) and the couch in the sitting area looked good but was aweful to sit on. On the plus side, the unit was very clean and tidy, and the location excellent (easy walk to...

Warm welcome from staff, comfy bed. TV screen could be bigger. We chose this motel because of the quiet location yet close to Riccarton road with lots of restaurants and Westfield Mall nearby. It was a short drive into the city centre to explore the Restart area. This was a short, overnight stay in Christchurch for us before heading to...

A typical NZ motel, "letterbox" style with windows at the front, the only source of light. However, it didn't feel very private, as the other guests would walk past the window and it felt like we were in a fishbowl. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, a bit pricey but average for Chch these days.

This is a small complex of about a dozen units of various sizes. Our unit was a small one but perfectly adequate and kitted out with all one would need for a few nights. The location is in a residential area so is peaceful, but an easy 10 - 15 minute walk takes you to an area for groceries as...

We stayed one night. The location is handy to Hayley Park, New World, Thai, Indian and pizza restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy. It is located on a nice residential street so it is a VERY peaceful area with no traffic noise. We often stay right in Christchurch city centre but this was so much nicer and easier. No parking...

We recently stayed here and found the Motel to be very comfortable. It was clean and our family 2 bedroom unit was serviced each day. The owners were lovely. Free washing machine. Free push bikes to use if staying 3 or more days. Close to shops. Walking distance to Mona Vale gardens. We found this accommodation fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had apartment 14 which is the only elevated apartment. This is surrounded by lovely trees and very quiet. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equiped. It was easy to cook a meal and have a relaxed family dinner. We were very impressed by the fact that we left a ring in the kitchen and this was rapidly...

We stayed one night in a two bedroom unit and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It was particularly quiet at night, no traffic noise from nearby Riccarton Rd. The gardens are tidy and the staff are friendly. Though not ultra-modern, the unit was well-maintained and had everything we needed. The small kitchen was good to prepare a...

Just stayed one night. Our dog was welcome and it was an excellent location for walking the dog. Easy access to Hagley Park for a run/walk. Located in a quiet residential area. The unit we had was clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to others .

This motel is nice and it deserves higher ranking! We are 4 adults and 2 young children stayed at a two-bedroom apartment. Our unit was at upstairs, it's modern, beautiful with high ceiling and spacious! The toilet has a washer and two separate basins for laundry and toilet use. The pantry is fully equipped. The location is close to Riccarton...
