Good rooms, nice service and very handy for the city centre. It was a very comfortable room and very quiet. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. A 5 minute walk gets you to the heart of the city with pubs and restaurants.

I am not aware of a free hotel shuttle but taxis are usually easy to catch and the distance is not too far. if there are five of you I would contact blue bubble taxis over the internet or ask the hotel to arrange one for you and ask for a taxi van. the cost will probably be less than a shuttle per person when you have 5 people. although i travel for business I wouldn't contemplate another option and wouldn't use either a shuttle or bus unless I couldn't get a taxi van. nz taxis are generally pretty honest and will be metered so no fare shenanigans.
