The bathroom / shower were, clean, bright, attractive with excellent toiletries. We only stayed for two nights and appreciated the variety of beverages and snacks. Were we wishing to cater ,the facilities and...

we were not on holiday, our house had burned down and we were not allowed back into the zone. It was a comfortable respite from the happenings at the time. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Thank so much for your feedback on your stay with us. I do recall you checking in with us at such a stressful time I am glad we were able to make things comfortable for you. I do hope that everything was ok with your home and surroundings on return home.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel is on a quasi residential Main Street with excellent metropolitan bus service and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, Hagley Park and a little farther, downtown Christchurch. We had the two bedroom room with living room and kitchenette on the first floor (1 story above the ground floor). If stairs are a...

Apartment was a lot more cramped than others we had had on our trip but it was clean and convenient for the local attractions. Food in the hotel was good. There is a pool indoors on-site which was chilly. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We spent three nights there and enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay. I am unclear as to which room type you stayed however I an only assume it was a Hotel Studio - perhaps in future if you are staying you should look at our Superior or Executive rooms which are more like 29 square metres. I am glad you enjoyed our restaurant our...

Not a bad hotel. Perfectly functional. Pavilions is well located for access to Hagley Park north and northern part of the CBD. Nice room with a queen size bed and a single, clean and comfortable. Limited selection of TV channels vs many other hotels/motels I have been in. Free WiFi was good. I was on the ground floor... in a...

We had dinner two nights while staying in ChristChurch. Our waiter was outstanding and very personable . The owner took time out to stop by and talk with us on our first visit. My wife had lamb both nights . We shared several stories with our waiter and really enjoyed his conversation. The entrance room is highly decorated and I...

On arrival the receptionist was extremely rude. Later on I asked if she had any maps of Christchurch and she thrust one at me without a word. The rest of the staff were very helpful. I was disappointed with the room size as there was little room for our luggage. The kitchen was extremely small with only provision for two...

Thank you for feedback on your stay. I am sorry you found our receptionist rude as we normally have fantastic comments on our staff. Our rooms are of large size - you will see from other comments. You booked a 2 bedroom hotel room perhaps you may have been happier in our Deluxe 2 bedroom apartments for future reference.

Excellent hotel and stay. Overall, this was a great hotel. My wife and I only stayed 1 night but we wish we would have stayed longer. It will definitely be on our list to return to when we would return. Nice size rooms with a great bed. Restuarant was great for drinks and the breakfast was also good!!!
