We stayed for 2 nights in Adelaide's Barn recently and wish it could have been longer. The property is beautiful and finished to an extremely high standard. Steve and Nanette were very gracious and helpful hosts organising a wine tour for us and dropping in on our first night for a chat, along with the platter we had ordered -...

We loved the historic 1877 home with its separate entrance and breakfast on the porch bordered by climbing roses. Nanette presented a delicious and elegant breakfast--breads, croissants, fruit, eggs, bacon. We loved walking about the grounds and to the nearby river. A most pleasant stay!

Upon driving up to the Marlborough B & B, we were greeted by Nanette and shortly thereafter, Steve. This lovely couple provided three days of relaxation, amazing food and friendship. We had a beautiful cozy room in the front of the house with sun lit rooms. The bed was really comfortable, the environment quiet and the relaxation beyond our expectations....

Charming cottage in lovely location. Beautifully decorated in french country style. Cottage is quite separate from main house and the privacy really suited us. Excellent breakfast provisions with nice touches like home baked bread and freshly baked croissants. Had the platter for dinner one night - outstanding! We can highly recommend this and are very much hoping to stay there...

I stayed at this charming historic house in Dec 2015.I was absolutely besotted with the historic house and grounds. I was warmly welcomed by Steve & Nanette into the Garden Room. I had a very peaceful stay here, the breakfasts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble from the hosts. A great location as its close to wineries and...

The beautiful, charming, English cottage looking B & B is situated in a quiet area outside the town which is very difficult to find especially we forgot to book a car with a navigation system and had to rely on the iPhone with unreliable connections from the area. One need to write to them to ask for the direction. We...

This was a perfect break and change of scenery for a few days, and easy reach from Nelson for this short break. Very comfortable accommodation and made to feel very welcome and at home. The B&B has a lovely quiet retreat feel, and the breakfast is just fantastic! Great to meet Nanette and Steve, and thanks for being such great...

We stayed only one night but would have liked to stay for longer. It's great to have such comfort & care. Breakfast was amazing! The location is excellent as it's close to wineries nearby. Great suggestions for restaurants & other b&bs in our next location. When we mentioned a problem with the shower, it was fixed by that evening.

We loved staying here (the cottage at the back) - it was just perfect. Close to Picton and all the wineries as well as Blenheim - it has the best of all worlds. Lovely fixtures inside give the feeling of old English charm but then the bathroom is 100% modern facilities. We had the platter upon arrival which was of...

Delightful stay, a few kilometres out of Blenheim, away from the noise and fuss in a rural paradise. Nanette and Steve run a well-organised haven, with beautifully cooked breakfasts and an optional superb evening platter of antipasto. They also provided us with very helpful and informed advice about wines and wineries of the region.
