Great location-right on Willis st-close to CBD, Hangar Cafe-walking distance from inner city Wellington sites. Fairly basic rooms but clean. Free wi-fi. Good service. Book a carpark space -great to have car sorted in centre of town.

Our first impressions of our premium king room was that it was very basic, cold and small. Although it faced the main road and was above the bar and next to the lifts it was in fact quiet. The king bed was made from 2 mattresses pushed together but they were comfortable. The tiny econopanel heater had to be kept...

Dear ViralPoet Thank you for placing your feedback. I am disappointed to read your comments. The King bed is a split bed and which is standard so we can either sell the room as a King or Twin share. The Heater is the required size for the room and does put out a good heat. For your added convenience there...

We booked this hotel before we left Australia and found it very convenient and within easy reach of eating places and the shopping area. We were greeted very warmly by Andrew and found our way to our room on the 4th floor. The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable, and a large bathroom, although we would...

I was a little wary about this hotel after reading some of the comments. But luckily I was pleasantly surprised. Fellow travellers previously may not agree with my review but this is how I experienced during my stay. I got to this hotel after a delayed domestic flight (nearly an hour in holding pattern!) so I was a little tired...

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We came in late and the weather was cold, windy and it was dark so this might influence our review. Our room was 404 and it was fine. We found the beds OK and the bathroom was clean and bright. There was street noise (single pane glass/floor?) but this is in the...

Dear MarForrest Thank you for placing your feedback - we do appreciate it. I am sorry Wellington did not turn on our usual good weather for you! Yes, our windows are single glazed as you have correctly stated. Being a CBD Hotel, noise can often be an issue. Cleanliness is critical so I am delighted you found your room sparking...

I stayed here over the weekend with my partner and it was average. Being a weekend and being in the city centre we expected it to be noisy, so that was fine. The bed was really uncomfortable. The wifi barely worked. The shower door did not close properly, meaning that every time we showered it pretty much flooded the bathroom...

Good location - close to everything. Noisy street traffic. Chose it because it could provide parking, however after 3 attempts asking if parking was available (with no reply), still didn't know if it was available at checkin. Staff need to reply to emails. Tried to get out of parking but a staff member had parked blocking the exit. The staff...

Dear dek12015 Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed your breakfast! Car parking needs to be prebooked and is clearly made mention of, on all websites. If a park is available on check in, and to be honest with only a hand full of parks allocated to the Hotel we are full...

The bathroom was beautiful, but the room was a little cramped for two single people. The fridge was a bar fridge and the wardrobe was filled with the ironing board and iron. Still, the price was reasonable and hotel was located not far from all transport and attractions.

Good location just out of the central city. We stayed on a Thursday night and the narrow streets/tall buildings do funnel the noise up a bit, but city noise is something to be expected in a city! It is an older hotel that does probably need a make over but we enjoyed the stay, the bed was comfortable, the staff...

Stayed here for a weekend with friends recently. We chose the Trinity because it could provide parking, and was very central. Our room was o.k., although neither my husband or myself found the bed to be comfortable. We expected the location to be noisy, and it was. I guess thats just a drawback of staying in the central city, and...
