Handy location with easy access to buses to get around Wellington. Room was what we expected for the price we paid. Nice bar and restaurant on the bottom floor that had great atmosphere. Able to have breakfast there. Food court just down the road and also a supermarket. Great staff only too willing to help.

I loved this place. Location is perfect, close to everything, CBD, train station, food and bar joints literally right nextdoor. I didn't find it noisy at all. The only down side would be the flooding bathroom floor due to a shower curtain that does literally nothing to stop the water from flowing onto the floor. Not a major as I...

Dear carmeltak, Thank you for your review and taking the time to post your feed back!. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Our showers are gradually being replaced over this year so that is fantastic for the Hotel and this will definitely alleviate any water issues. Our location is indeed the best. If you want a good nights sleep, give this place a miss. You can hear every single noise on the street as though you are outside. Unbelievable. An overpriced under serviced hotel. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Dear RebecaP72, Thank you for providing your feed back. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Like any CBD Hotel, and depending on the nights you stay, it can be a little noisy. We do our very best to minimise this noise for our guests with our owners constantly looking at noise suppressant solutions....

Mouldy, unclean, nightmarish rooms. We had to keep the window open all night because the smell of mould was so strong. Our sheets were stained. The free wifi didn't work. There were silverfish in the bathroom, probably because the shower curtain was too small for the shower causing water to go everywhere. The toilet leaked and kept refilling loudly all...

Great helpful friendly staff. Shockingly noisey rooms. You can hear footsteos on the footpath even when you are on the 5th floor. Exceptionally noisey. Handy location but unfotunatly clise to students accomodation so you are woken through out the night with noisey pedestrians.

Firstly, it is clean. Secondly, it is well located to walk to anything you may need. Thirdly, the front desk are as polite and willing to help as possible, But that about covers the positive. The rooms are very small. We had a view of the street corner which was fine during the day but at night I could hear...

I came here for a function today and staff were helpful as I was confused where to go, the lobby is adorable and the restaurant ha a lot of character, as someone who also works in hospitality I enjoyed my visit and will return here for a meal. The function room was small but it worked for the amount of...

For a 'budget' hotel this one has a lot going for it. Right in the centre of the city, it has a bar on the roof and a café on the ground floor. When you are ready to eat there are a raft of restaurants in the area and a large Asian food court across the road. We had a...

Located on Willis street Trinity Hotel is an easy walking distance from the I-Centre, Courtney Place, Lampton place and harbour. A tall, maybe 1960's 3* type city hotel, well located but getting tatty around the edges, close to numerous eating places and a nice rooftop bar. Room 509 has a rotten view out back, of concrete walls and roofs but...

Dear Stephen W, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments, we do appreciate it. It is fantastic that you enjoyed our location and the cleanliness of your room.
