This was our last stop on a two week trip around NZ. After traveling for days, we were so happy to check into this room. Clean, centrally located, free/unlimited wifi in the room not just the lobby plus a sweet rooftop bar. Friendly staff (thought it was a real challenge to get a cab to the airport in the morning...

I've stayed at the Trinity several times since 2015. It's a good, clean hotel with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. One room I had was dark & small - and another was airy & spacious. Rooms can be a little noisy from street traffic. The staff I met varied greatly in friendless and competency (some awesome, some not)....

We will work hard to alleviate this in the...

Good hotel for a short stand,it's really in the centre of the city close to Cuba Street when you have a lot of restaurants and boutiques. You can book car park for a low fare at day just in the same building. I was in 6th floor, just underneath of their pub,a little bit noise but a 12 pm finish

The single staff member couldn't offer us suggestions where to park. Neither could she offer another guest a new toilet roll!? I had called and confirmed with a French male staff member earlier in the week that the room had two beds but on arriving discovered only a single double bed in our room for 3 people. We asked for...

this hotel was in a very good location for visiting this city. It provides parking for a few cars and I was thankful that I had secured a parking space when booking the hotel. An alternative car park is very close to the hotel , only a few yards away. The room was very comfortable and we had a good...

We only stayed for one night at this hotel. It is located conveniently in the city on Willis St, so almost everywhere in the CBD was accessible via walking. Cabs are always available by the hotel entrance and bus stops are close by. We happened to arrive super early, and the reception let us leave our luggage while we walked...

This hotel had everything one needs for a trip away. Location was fantastic, in central city with an easy walk to many of the main attractions. The staff (including cleaning staff ) went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The room was well cleaned over the 5 days we stayed. The attached restaurant was delicious, and somewhere we...

The only thing wrong with this place was no air conditioning and the window didn't open! Everything else was great! Location, friendly, clean. There is a small, rickety gym, but doesn't include a treadmill.

Dear MaryH6469YD, Thank you for providing feed back. You are correct, the Hotel does not have A/C but does provide a fan in every room for our guests comfort. Our small gym is extremely popular and yes you are correct again, we do not provide a treadmill. Apart from these two points listed above, it sounds as though you enjoyed...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. There is direct public transport bus no. 91 from Wellington Airport to reach this hotel. Guests have to drop at Manners Street at Willis Street and from there it is five minutes’ walk to reach this hotel. This hotel is in the heart of CBD of Wellington city. Lots of shops, variety...

Dear ArghyaKolkata, Thank you for providing feedback. Sorry about the weather! Our Summer has not been one of the best we have had. The bag of supplies was left at your door because you had a DND (do not disturb tag) left on your door). I hope this did not cause you too much inconvenience. I am sorry the Rooftop...

Skip this hotel and find another. While it's not horrible it's certainly lacking. Linens need to be replaced as the sheets are dingy and the towels are worn. No central air, but a broken space heater and a flimsy fan. Our shower constantly flooded the bathroom because the doors were not fitted correctly. Unless you get a screaming deal, I'd...
