We found the room very small, but fine for a short stay. It had everything we needed - kitchenette, washing machine etc. It's quite hilly to reach from the bus terminal, but staff gave us good information about a less hilly way to get around. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only...

Friendly service on arrival, room was small but clean and had basic cooking facilitie ( if you actually wanted to cook), quiet atmosphere, bed side light didn't work but very prompt service to fix it. Couldn't really fault, but size wise for 2 people a long weekend okay.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment which had a good range of facilities to allow for self-catering. The apartment is looking tired and needs updating. The bathroom especially needs some TLC - there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom at times, especially noticeable in the morning before the shower/basin has been used. The website advised there was a...

Looking for accommodation for three nights for our Wellington stay we chose Quest Atrium from the reviews on Trip Advisor. Some had commented it was a bit noisy. Yes it could be but that was because of design but it was the odd inconsiderate traveller that was to blame. A little issue was mentioned to Kelsey, the front desk Team...

The hotel was fine, I guess we expected it might be a little larger seeing as it was supposed to be a Superior room. It was an inside room with no view except into other apartments, we would have loved a window to the outside world for fresh air, otherwise ok Modern, compared to some we have stayed at no,...

On arrival, the staff were excellent, the room was lovely and more than enough space for two people (studio apartment). The bathroom was slightly small but fine for one person at a time, the kitchen was nice, well equipped, the room was very clean and the location amazing! Short walk through the James Cook hotel and elevators right down to...

I stayed for the third time last week (March 2017). Always looked after here. I understand there is some refurbishment going which is improving the hotel/apartments. Rooms near motorway are less noisy than the atrium rooms. Really enjoy staying here and will again soon.

Stayed here last September and were very happy. This time had an Atrium room. Very noisy and had to keep the curtains closed so other apartments did not look straight in. Would not stay again in an Atrium apartment.

We stayed at Quest Atrium in a 3 Bedroom apartment with our family in January. Check in was quick and efficient and we appreciated the offered assistance as we arrived hot and bothered with quite a lot of luggage. The main bedroom was a good size with its own bathroom and overlooked the Motorway to the hills beyond. The other...

We were happy with our choice, location great, walk to everything only issue we had was the noise factor with the open Atrium you could hear everything going on around you, not good when people come in late talking, doors slamming. Staff very pleasant
