Lovely room and v spacious but old and tired. Musty smell on arrival..electric blanket didn't work which was disappointing in cold weather. Walls thin so noisy men above kept us awake until 4am! However... handy to Courtney Place.
Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Local area information about places to visit, restaurants and cafes to eat at and drink at was good.
Accommodation comfortable, clean and tidy.
Buses and taxis right near by. Two minutes walk to cafes and restaurants.
Comfortable, affordable, clean basic rooms, convenient, close to public transport and eateries. Loved Te Papa ,cable car and Botanic Gardens. Lots to see. Recommend the Crab Shack for beautiful local seafood.
