Hotel in centre of Wellington. CBD Helpful staff . Great parking. Easy walking distance to streets, water front, Te Papa, cinemas and bars. It is reasonably priced and easy to get to from railway station, airport or driving

The hotel decor is old and dated and I would suggest that when it was built in the late 70's nothing has changed not even the carpet. It was however quiet and the bed comfortable. The restaurant on the 17th floor has a limited menu for dinner was not an option. The ground floor restaurant (not open Sunday) is a much...

Stayed here for 2 nights, as soon as we checked into our room I notified front desk that our sliding bathroom door was jammed and it made it slightly difficult to get into the bathroom. They didn't fix it or worse still didn't even advise us they couldn't. The rooms are just ok, definitely need a refresh. The other thing...

We stayed at the Hotel for 7 nights while visiting Wellington to sightsee and catch up with family. Great location close to restaurants, museums, botanical gardens, shops, cafes, waterfront, public transport and so much more. We had to change our stay period while at the hotel which they accommodated with no extra cost to us which was very nice of...

Our family celebrated my partners 50th birthday at the Whitby restaurant. The choice , service and atmosphere provided the perfect start to an unforgettable Wellington anniversary weekend. We were particularly impressed with the speed at which our table was cleared during the different courses.

Another excellant stay, room had been nicely upgraded and breakfast was great. All staff were cheerful and friendly, will definitely stay again. The only improvement would be a new mirror in the bathroom as the mirror was showing its age at the bottom.

The weather may not have been real Summer Weather but the accommodation was great. From check-in until check-out we had great service. On our anniversary date we had a wonderful surprise when we returned to our room from the restaurant with a double swan towel origami display and lots and lots of Whittaker's chocolates. The lobby restaurant was great for...

Not flash, but clean, comfortable, friendly and well located. We only had 24 hours in Wellington and this was great value for our short stay. Bathroom was a bit dated and we didn't make any use of the other facilities. Overall a very good experience. We'll be back

Great accommodation. Bride and bridesmaids after the hens party. Family room was great. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the watery scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet! But hardly something to deter from stayin again!

Pros: bathroom is very nice, generally clean, rates are good but not great Cons: given keys to room which already had guest in it, booked via Expedia as platinum guest with the hotel listed as part of Expedia VIP program, when asked the check in what benefits this would entail, agent had never heard of it, rooms and corridors especially...
