We wanted a BnB a short distance from the airport as we had a very early morning international flight and this could not have been more prefect! Our only regret is that we couldn't have a leisurely breakfast and enjoy the beautiful homemade goodies on offer - fresh fruit and yoghourt with orange juice, toast, tea and fresh coffee, though...

Elegant, comfortable, spotlessly clean, great location in a quite part of Wellington with the sea at the end of the road and a host that provided all you could want when you're away from home. Breakfast supplies were delicious and loved the homemade bikkies! Emily was kind enough to pack our breakfast in take away containers on our last morning...

Due to a mechanical error with the Interislander Ferry, we arrived quite late (or should I say early in the morning) at this B&B. When you're late and tired, it's nice to come "home" to a cozy place. We had the bedroom downstairs which faces the street, but it's situated on a quiet street that we didn't hear any noise...

This was a great place to stay in the middle of our 3 week tour of New Zealand. The laundry was invaluable at this stage of the journey. It was lovely and comfortable and it was nice to have our own personal space as opposed to another hotel room. Emily and Tim were so helpful giving us local advice. The...

There were things at this great little B&B that I didn't even know I wanted until I saw they'd provided it; things like home-made muesli, or heated towel rails and fresh daily bread. I loved the gorgeous views of the harbour, the comfortable bed and the quiet privacy of the location. This exceeded all our expectations! Thank for having us...

Loved it here. Still here actually. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Clean. Warm. Great breakfast provisions with large loaf of bread, homemade spreads, yoghurt, fruit and amazing homemade granola. Beautiful homemade biscuits in room each day too. Yesterday's were great and today's even better. Very welcoming hosts in Emily and Tim. Staying an extra night as it is so...

When in Wellington, this B & B is the perfect accommodation! :) Place is so lovely - very homey with a courtyard and a seaview. Actually, it is even better than a 5-star hotel or comparable! This is a self-contained B & B where everything is available, including complete laundry equipment like washing machine, dryer, ironing board & free detergent....

We stayed for four nights the room was spotlessly clean with high stander of fittings and had ever thing we required including a great view out to the ocean . The Acorns is situated on a very quiet street and is close to all amenities and the beach is a short walk to the bottom of the road. Are hostes...

Our hosts provided a warm greeting and we then enjoyed a most comfortable room. Standard of fittings was superb and bed linens as good as you get anywhere. The DIY breakfast was also top class and we only wished our stay was a bit longer. The bathroom was also classy as well as amenities. Strongly recommended for any stay in...

Having to look for a place to stay close to my daughter in Seatoun Wellington decided to stay at Acorns. This is really a great place to stay whether you are visiting just for one night or longer. I was greeted by Emily and shown to my apartment. It had a lovely courtyard and everything inside was a very high...
