Second time staying at Baycrest. Friendly service as usual and everything up to a high standard. It seems to be every 2 years or so we stay here but will be looking to make it more of a regular stay. A+

We loved the Baycrest. Highlights were the really nice room and the fantastic heated swimming pool. Simon was always very helpful - great customer service. Highly recommended - we plan to stay here again next time we're in Taupo.
