We stayed for three nights on the fourth floor and had a magnificent view over the lake and the green. The room however was very small with a king bed and a single, there were two of us. Between the beds one needed to walk sideways to get to the bottom of the bed and therefore the bathroom. There was...

We stayed at the Ibis for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the harbour. Great hotel for the price and the staff were amazing and eager to help at the drop of a hat. Wifi was good. Breakfast was okay, but could improve

When I went to stay at Ibis, it was not a very comfortable experience. Room was clean enough, staff are friendly enough, but there are two problems that I encountered. 1) Had to go back three times to get my room key sorted. I think once or twice should fix the problem, but once I had to return the third...

We were booked into this hotel as a last resort because the hotel of choice could not accommodate a small group of overseas visitors, travelling together. They were not on a bus tour, which is what the hotel seems to cater to. The group was visiting from overseas and are used to higher standards, even in an hotel at this...

We stayed at the Ibis for a night. The room was clean and comfortable but I must make mention of the friendly staff who helped us settle in. I watched the staff work with a large group of overseas visitors and I must say I was very impressed with their polite and friendly manner. The influx of 2 buses of...

We stayed here two nights and had a Lakeview Room. The room was basic and clean but I feel it was expensive for the standard. We didn't have breakfast as extra. Parking was on road as never found a space in the on site Car Park. Good enough but not Luxury.
