Our family has really enjoyed the w/e spent in the camp site with our caravan. There are many plus like The professional friendly service of the staff, the hot pools well-arranged and pretty clean, the nice well equipped kitchen, the location close to shops and city centre, free wi-fi, few nice extras like swimming pool, BBQ/Hangi facility…Only few minor downs...

We have stayed here many times and in different cabins, studio flats and family units over the years and have found all are excellent value, clean and well priced. Kitchens basic but have what you need. Pleasant décor but don't forget to take soap for your bathroom as they don't supply this. Hot pools are wonderful and well maintained, never...

Nice camp site for caravans and mobile homes, well equipped and with nice hot pool. Right on the lake away from the traffic and close to city centre too. Had an enjoyable stay. Nice staff too. Camp sites are a bit small and could do with a bit of cleaning, but very good all together.

The 2-bedroom was far more than we needed just for the 2 of us, but it was quite nice and recently renovated. However, other amenities were not up to par at all. Internet was so slow it was mostly worthless. Most TV channels would freeze or the data stream would get so garbled they were not watchable. On the 2nd...

We stayed in one of the studios they have. Nice and clean with all the necessary stuff. Could have easily stayed a week or so as Rotorua has so much to offer. You can get picked up by shuttle here to go to the Tamaki Village, which I can't recommend enough. A day out seeing the geo-thermal pools was wonderful...

It is a good camping with clean bathroom and kitchen. However, bring your own pots and cutlery. There is no such stuff for public usage. There are rooms/cabins available but we were sleeping in a tent. Ask for a tent site near the mud hole. You will get a natural floor heating! There are hot springs available at the campsite....

Cosy Cottages was excellent quality for money, well located in Rotorua and very helpful and friendly staff. An easy walk to the maori village, with St Faith's church in it and the thermal park. Both well worth a visit. Do not forget to take a photo through the glass window to the lake.
