We are a family of four who stayed for three nights. We found the customer service to be excellent in the hotel and the restaurant without exception. The pool and spas were so relaxing and it was lovely sitting in the hotel lounge with the...More

Hi there, unfortunately we didn't get to see the night market but I've heard that it's taking place every Thursday from 5pm-9pm (weather permitting). I don't know about the Hangi, sorry. We went to a Hangi Dinner at Mitai Maori Village and that was a great night out, I can only recommend it! Enjoy your stay in Rotorua, it's a great place! Billie
