This Hotel may look a little but shabby but rooms are comfortable and really affordable and clean and when you look out of your room you're hit with the most amazing view of the geyser and bubbling mud pool. An exceptional vista you'll never get sick of.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Our room is very rundown. The wall paintings faded, the heater and hairdryer spoilt. The towel hanger loosen when I took down the towel. Our room is at the end of the building on the second floor looks eerie and old. Unable to sleep well at night as can hear the cars/trucks moving...

We always stay here on our annual trip to Rotorua (Roto-poo-er we affectionately call it). This place evokes the old school - the way we were -it's clean, simple and the proximity to ammenties stunning. We loved watching the geyser out the window, the charm of yesteryear reminding us of where we were kids. They looked after us well as...

The hotel is a bit run down. unsure how they can let a hotel get this run down. The fence was falling apart, the door to balcony was held together with heavy duty electrical tape, you could see the steel reinforcement in the concrete coming through in the walk way leading to the carpark at the back of the property....

This motel is located overlooking Rotorua's famous Whakarewarewa geysers. It is very dated and tired but if you are just looking for a bed for the night, it is ok. The towels were very thin but when I asked for more, were given some "fluffier" ones. Could not open sliding door to go outside, locks broken, no aircon only overhead...

Very tired hotel needs modernising, wifi only in reception. Our room was fine, very big but the best bit was the wonderful view directly to the mud pools and gerzers. We stared at them for hours! Can't comment on the facilities as we only stayed one night.

Interesting property. Lots of Asian bus tour groups staying. Walls of the rooms are paper thin so you can hear them talking till late at night. Room was opposite the pool which wasn't clean when we arrived although it was cleaned while we were here. Rooms are dated and need some maintenance.

This motel is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and beds comfy. We had a room for four, plenty of space , en suite, tea coffee etc and fridge. Plenty of places to eat at in town . The balcony of our room looked directly out on to the Te Pau geyser and park. This in itself is...

It felt very stark in the Reception area and the room felt like something from a 1950s horror movie. The beds caved in in the middle, the bathroom was basic at best and the towels were mismatched and very cheap, the windows had mold around them and the decor was very tired and depressing. The position with its view of...
