We stayed overnight. The location is good and the reception staff were very helpful. However I think when paying a good price the wifi should be included ( not just 30 minutes free). The room was clean and comfortable.

We gad travelled across NZ in a camper van for 3 weeks and had decided to get a car for the final week and base ourselves in Paihia. This was a great location. Staff were very friendly and joked that we were moving in. Breakfast was well laid out and during happy hour the bar staff were also extremely friendly....

We got allocated a massive room for just the two of us. Hotel is clean, lots of parking available, and a somewhat friendly staff. Not the fanciest, but we weren't looking for fancy. Pool is always full of people unfortunately so we never get to enjoyed it, lots of kids and families that stay here too so if you are...

Very basic hotel but does the trick, great location and awesome swimming pool. Good staff, also tried the restaurant and bar that has a great view over the bay and very decent food for goos value. Would be back anytime when next in Paihia.

The first impression of the bedroom allocated to me was a one of complete horror. The room smelt of dirty hair from the pillows and conterpains (2 beds). There was a coffee/tea stain pubic hair in the lavatory hairs in the shower cracked tiles in the bathroom and dust on surfaces. Receptionist Mel did ask me if I wanted my...

This hotel has cancelled my on-line reservation after I asked if I may change the methode of payment. (and they did not refund the money for several months) And the hotel "manager" gave me a big lecture on READING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CARELFULLY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION with CAPITAL LETTER. Later the hotel claims that this wasnt a hotel manager...

Was not sure about this Hotel at first, as it looked pretty basic, however the location was just superb with views over the bay. The Hotel was very clean and the food (buffet) was very good. It was situated in Paiha which is a small but very pretty town. Take time out to get a water taxi to Russell this...

Superb location - lovely pool at the front but very few sunbeds so we went to the beach instead. Beds were too soft and rooms were clean but could do with updating. Wifi restricted to 30 mins per day which was ridiculous. Room had a balcony but no furniture to sit on.

I'm in room 323 right now. Really? You get limited wifi and after it's used up you have to pay? It's 2017 and the world is connected via wifi and when we travel to far away places like New Zealand, we expect in a hotel to be able to connect with our families and friends. Charging for wifi (even $3)...
