Stayed here for two nights and can't say enough nice things about Sea Breeze. The rooms were well appointed and lovely. Included breakfast was plentiful with fruit, toast, yoghurt and cereals. As a guest there is also access to a sunroom with views of the sea. Location is walking distance to most city attractions.

A delightful early 20th century house on Marine Parade. Internal decor fabulous. Rooms very clean and well appointed. I thought breakfast a bit scarce. A poached egg would have been a welcome, perhaps we should have asked. Homemade muesli was pretty good though. Cafar was a great host and had a car park for us too. Thanks Fiona, Cafar and...

This B&B features a fine location opposite the ocean, superb accommodations, immaculate amenities, attention to detail in the furnishings and decor, and hospitality galore from husband and wife host and hostess. My wife and I were truly impressed with everything. And because it wasn't a particularly busy weekend in Napier, we had the place to ourselves. Very quiet and relaxing!

Do stay here if you are visiting Napier. I know, you read about the YHA next door, no worries! Sea Breeze is very quiet at night with little to no sound pollution from next door and all of the guest rooms are set back from the street. Instead, there is a great little breakfast hall/lounge at the front of the...

Cafer is so proud of the work he has done at Sea Breeze - and he has every right to be. The three themed rooms are brilliant. We had the Turkish room and were more than happy with it. As has been said, Sea Breeze is next door to a Youth Hostel but this presented no problems. It is also...

Just something to note, look at the Travellers photos and you will see what the property really looks like. An incorrect photo is showing by Management for Sea Breeze. It is set closely between a youth hostel and another property. Some negatives: small double bed which was difficult to keep cool on a hot summer night. Rooms quite dark and...

What a treat! Immaculate, beautifully decorated and colourful rooms. Lovely hosts and a hard to beat location with serene views from the sun room over sparkling sea. Cookies in the jar and home made plum jam are the icing on the cake. Unbeatable value for money.

We took the leap and had our first stay in a B & B. Wow ! What a pleasure, so relaxed, nothing too much trouble, even starting off with our late(ish) check-in. Cafer and his family were so welcoming, and he is a fountain of information. Our Ensuite room was very big, with a Double and a Single Bed. Nice...

We stayed just one night in this B&B on the Marine Parade - the owners were very welcoming and interesting and our room was really comfortable. During breakfast I ended up remisniscing with the owner and another guest who also grew up in Hawkes' Bay - a relaxing time on a beautiful Napier morning. Would definitely recommend to other travellers...

“Ask Cafer for advice about parking out front as it's tight. In summer you'll want the window open and the busy street below can be noisy but once closed, the windows render the room silent.”
