The B&B is very close to the town center, you can do everything on foot. Small but very tidy and clean room, breakfast rather basic but good. The hosts are very friendly, communicative and helpful! We enjoyed Napier very much, very nice city with lots to do in the area. We would come back any time!

The Sea Breeze B&B is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's location is superb, right on the beach and in town. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and inviting. The rooms are fun and brightly decorated. The accommodations are spotless. Breakfast was delicious - my husband and I had passion fruit for the first time (and it was grown in...

This quaint BnB on Marine Parade is in a great location across from the sea and within blocks of the Art Deco downtown. Our host, Cafer, and his wife are very interesting people in their own right but have decorated the three upstairs bedrooms with a lot of personality and good taste. We were lucky to have stayed in the...

Very lovely and unique b&b! House is close to the beach and in the heart of the city centre. Rooms are clean and colorful. Owners are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and you can eat it in big balcony if you want. This is the place what I would recomended if you are heading to Napier!❤️

Lovely hosts and convenient waterfront location. Very comfortable stay. We had free wifi, nice breakfast with yogurts and home made jams. Might be a little cosy during busier season but we had the place to ourselves for the weekend so really quiet

This is a very nice B&B located a short stroll from the heart of Napier and just across the street from the beach. Very nice owners. I stayed in the Turkish room which was well decorated and has a comfortable bed. That room has a beautiful en suite bath with a comically small shower. It's an old house with thin...

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Breeze in March for two nights. We were warmly welcomed by Capher (pronounced Jaffeer) and shown to our room, the Turkish red room. As my husband is claustrophobic, this room was a little on the small size for his comfort, but he managed very well. It was my error in choosing this...

We stayed in the Asian themed room with green walls and a gold ceiling. Leisurely breakfasts and late afternoons were spent in the guest area upstairs overlooking the sea. Interesting books to read about the earthquake and current architecture. Cafer was the perfect host; nothing was too much trouble, including doing our laundry. I still pine for his homemade muesli....

The owner was very welcoming after a long journey and he was very happy to advise us on where to go and good places to eat in, even lending us guide booklets. The three rooms are richly coloured in Chinese, Indian or Turkish style. Breakfast including home made muesli can be taken in your room or eaten in a enclosed...

We were very late arriving at this B&B as we had run out of petrol driving from Whakatane to Napier, but we had managed to ask somebody to phone the hosts Cafer & Fiona so they knew we were still coming. We stayed here two nights and the hosts are lovely. Cafer had even parked his car out the front...
