Extremely well located so we left the car in the free car park and walked around town. Organised adjoining rooms for my husband and myself and separate room for my elderly father. The rooms were excellent value for money and we then decided to add on breakfast the next morning. The breakfast served was lovely, fresh and plenty of it....

The reception was freindly,We had a double family room with a connecting door. The rooms are pleaesant and have tvs and nice showers. There is a nice spa and pool opposite on a walking distance,we spent most of our evening there. The view is good from the room and good restaurants on the doorstep. Overall a good experience.

Just one night in this lovely place which was. Not long enough to do it justice. This hotel is modern with sea facing rooms all delightfully designed. Shower was immense and being new the place was spotless. Check in so efficient and the staff were lovely. Our group of twelve had dinner in the hotel and I must say that...

Stayed 1 night. All rooms face the sea but due to new function centre on the other side of the road, only the 3rd level will have water views now. Breakfast was nice in the big outside courtyard. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the views, I can assure you once the scaffolding is removed the height has not been increased of the building across the road, so the views will be the same as they were before the refurbishment of the Convention Centre. warm regards Kerryann

I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your visit with us. I hope that you appreciate the fact that the room rate is reflected of the availability in the town at the time of your stay. Your comments certainly are not echoed by the other guests we have had staying over this period. warm regards Kerryann

We decided to do a road trip from Wellington to Napier and found this hotel on Trip Advisor as one of the top hotels in Napier. We paid $207 for a room with two double beds on a Saturday night, but don't think the hotel was worth more than $150 at the top end. Here are a list of things...

During this time we stayed in many different hotels and while all were very good this one stood out as being the best. It's a very modern, well designed and spotless hotel with very efficient and courteous staff. It's...
