I was quoted $13 per 24 hour period from memory but there is a Council parking lot next door where a car can be left fro 5pm in the afternoon to 8am the next morning for free. Parking is $1 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours during the hours 8am to 5pm. The apartment did not have an armchair but did have a couch.
