Auckland Central, New Zealand

I normally reserve my reviews for good quality but I will make an exception. The service at front desk was good but the room was poor - no air conditioning (it was way too hot) meaning the ceiling fan which would only operate on "slow", moved the hot air around. The blinds did not fully cover the windows making it...

Firstly let me say the positives - the staff were really friendly and attentive, the apartments and building were clean - location is a good central location. This is an old building that has been turned into apartments, so they have to work with that to start with. We have stayed in several Quest Apartments in different cities in the...

I must say that I was extremely surprised at this 'studio' room I paid $175 for! I was expecting a very nice hotel for this price, especially seeing as I stay at the Pullman 5 star for this price on a regular basis. I was thoroughly underwhelmed. The tv was so small it was ridiculous in this day and age.There...

This was an apartment hotel on the edge of the city. It's an art deco property that survived the earthquake and so has a lovely exterior and reception area. The hotel's secure car parking was about $12 but adjacent to the property there was a public car park at just $4 per day. In one direction it was only a...

Check-in: Check-in was smooth. The person at the reception was very informative and highlighted the local points of interest. Rooms: We had booked a two-bedroom apartment. There were two small apartments within one huge apartment. Each section was outfitted with a kitchen, living + dining area, bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer were also provided. The kitchen was well...

Spacious living area with balcony. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry facilities on site. Good value for money. Safe on site off street parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here...

I must begin my negative opinion by saying that the welcoming staff were very pleasant. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon. I had booked a one-bedroom suite. We were helped with our luggage and taken to the apartment. It was on the ground floor, quite forward, and adjacent to a car park. We realised at once that it was...

The Quest is bang in the centre of Napier and offers good quality rooms for a reasonable price. I stayed only one night but I slept well and the manager was extremely helpful. I might well be back with the family!

Good sized apartment/room however was surprised that it didn't have washers and dryers as other Quest rooms have as we have found them very handy. We booked car parking with the hotel which involved going down the side of the hotel into the basement and then taking the car lift to the next floor ( was a tight squeeze with...

This is a really well located hotel, close to Napier shops and two supermarkets for self catering. Walking distance to Marine Parade. It has a car park next door with daily parking for $4. The management and staff are really friendly and helpful, My room was a good size and very clean.
